"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"Not the greatest room probably because I booked it through Expedia. Easy access from the cruise terminal via water taxi and easy access to the airport via water taxi. Staff was great as was the location. We did not dine in the restaurant but did enjoy cocktails in the bar. The concierge recommended a restaurant that was loud and sort of uncouth. "Close enough to walk everywhere easily but away enough to not feel like you are in Times Square type of crowding. Hotel was clean and beautiful. The shower water pressure wasn’t the greatest but that’s really the only downside. Air conditioning, shopping and food close, it was a great stay."

"We were given a room that had a small staircase leading up to the bed, which gave us space to leave our suitcase in the landing, keeping the bed area clutter free. we had three windows that let a lot of light in. this is rare in Venice!! the bed was good and firm, bathroom was clean. would stay here again!"

"Lovely room and grounds. Green forest behind. Lots of birds to see including the resident peacocks, Gino and Gina. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to Venice and surrounding areas. The staff are very helpful in guiding you in your travels. Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh scrambled real eggs, nice crispy prosciutto bacon...lots of fruit and most important coffee!!"
