Staff really helpfull, good facilities etc. Location OK, but unless you want to pay downtown rates, then great value.

Me and my family had an absolutely enjoyable time at Springhill. The staff are so friendly and helpful without being patronizing. The quality of service is great and they are all very pleasant. The hotel itself (rooms, lobby etc) is very nice. Its like a five star hotel without any room service. Breakfast every morning is lovely everyday and they have a lot to choose from. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto. There are also lots of restaurants, shopping that are near to hotel so really good all in all. And you have kids, Canada's Wonderland is a few minutes drive.
