Long weekend in Valencia, first trip to the city. Hotel in wonderful location, extremely central - in old quarter and also beside main train station, underground (Xativa) and buses. Hotel was extremely quiet and room comfortable and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great breakfasts. Would highly recommend it.
We stayed 2 nights in the middle of a month long driving trip around Spain and Portugal. Valencia is a modern city with numerous historical and cultural attractions and this hotel is first class in that environment. It is not over luxurious as much as it is impressive. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was offsite and I let the staff handle it. Loading and unloading were very convenient.
Well placed in the old quarter it is a handy hotel tho the trip to the sister hotel where the reception is was a tad inconvenient but the staff were lovely. Comfy giant bed.....the huge bath and shower by the bed seemed odd as there was a shower etc in the bathroom. ...tho I really enjoyed a soak in the tub. We were there for fuve nights and would deffo go back.
The only thing missing from this hotel was view (at least from our room). However, since we planned to walk the city anyway, we didn't need one. Very relaxing and very helpful hostess. There is parking here, you park yourself and the entrance is very tight, but its much cheaper and much easier than a parking garage.
