"Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Would be helpful to have a handrail up those steps, especially for elderly and/or in the dark. 2. Heat was off, but plug-in heater does not work (makes noise, but no output) so nights were chilly. 3. Phone reception is poor. Had to step into the garden at night to make a call. Any chance of improving?"
