"Really lovely property. Even though I know they were sold out I hardly saw anyone else around the resort. The privacy and setting is excellent. The balcony / deck was literally on the beach and 20 Ft to the ocean. Listening to the waves all night was special. Most staff were excellent with the exception of one interaction which I will refrain from writing about except to say it was an exception, albeit disappointing. The staff are excellent. Breakfast across the road is fine. A word of caution about Tulum in general. If eating in the main hotel zone be prepared to spend a lot. Prices for a 3 course meal is easily > $90 per person.. keep this in mind when budgeting. Not anything to do with this lovely hotel. Overall I loved this hotel and will return in the next 12 months. "

"Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend! "

"The parking is right in front of the hotel, the pool is bigger than it looks and very nice and clean, the beach was calm and there are many seating options including hammocks on a beautiful dock, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with large bathrooms, water bottles were free, complimentary breakfast was excellent and you could order from many choices (hot food), plus staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful location at a great price! Highly recommend. There are other hotels nearby where you can also walk to dinner if you wish to change your scenery at dinner or lunch. Also, this place was good for people looking to relax or families- not a party scene."

"This is the most romantic hotel I have ever been to, It’s so relaxing, Everything is so pretty and it makes you feel connected to the jungle and the sea The only challenging thing was that there Weren’t any lights in the bedroom, which is nice to disconnect and have a different experience, but after two nights with no light it isn’t that much fun. Still, I will go again many times, Highly recommend"
