Hotels near Tropical Spice Garden

I was there on the 31st March for 3D2N. We reach approximately around 12:00 hours. Friendly staffs, very attentive especially the staff lady who approach us. I assumed it would be the management level because she was wearing green. I had a very nice view and comfort room. even though we got the lowest floor but we still love the surrounding. we love the mother nature there. its beautiful. the pool is great. but no jacuzzi. never had chance to go to the beach as it was raining. night market is awesome. Shaun will alight us to the destination(night market) where they catered the free shuttle van. it was so convenient. they even provide umbrella when we need to borrow as it was raining at that moment. everything was awesome. no regret. definitely coming again. keep up the good service!

Love this hotel, the staffs are very nice and friendly. Kids enjoyed very much in kids pool. Booked garden view but was being free upgraded to pool view. Thumb up for this hotel and I will come back again. :)

Nice location, right by the beach. The pool is nice and has an area with two slides for kids. Good for families. Also, right at the end of the night market and has easy access to lots of restaurants near by. Very good buffet for breakfast with lots of choices.

Have just returned home from spending ten days at the Holiday Inn Penang. Thoroughly recommend the hotel as the staff went out of their way to please. The rooms were clean and if we needed anything extra it was there in a flash. The only thing that really could be updated is the pool furniture as the webbing on a lot of the lounges were broken. The pool itself needs some tiled steps with a railing to assist the elderynto get in and out of the pool instead of just the metal ladders. On a whole a very nice hotel.

Hotel facilities rated as 2 because wifi wasn't working. Room comfort rated only as 3 because it was a "wet bathroom" - a large shower with a toilet and wash basin in it. 30cm distance between toilet bowl and wash basin, with shower above the basin.

We had a lovely time, staff were ever so helpful and pointed us to great local eateries, shoppes and even a place to watch a PL football match not shown in the hotel bar!
