This was our second stay. The rooms were terrific. I do feel front desk staff could be friendlier. I wrongly paid for our parking when it was already charged to the room. The staff at the front desk appeared annoyed with my error. In addition to strong non-verbal communication, I felt scolded when being told I shouldn’t have paid. On the second visit I had to run out to get our license plate number and although there was no one else in line for reception, staff appeared impatient with us. Yes, I inconvenienced them twice but felt weird that this made me feel so awkward. Restaurant staff were terrific.
