"Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern and well maintained. Bathrooms were a nice size. Liked that there was a steamer and and iron in the room. It was raining so umbrellas were available. Great location. Close to my favorite coffee shop-crust. Would stay again"

"Where do I start?? Our 25th Anniversary, first time stay and we could not have been more impressed! Kudos to Brad the doorman, who greeted us, smiled many times and gave us recommendations and tips along the way. Kain the server in Aura, who's fun and cheerful manner, excellent service that was above and beyond the ordinary. Our room was clean, comfortable and exceptional size. We were so very impressed with this hotel!!!"

"We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was really spacious. It’s a nice location for walking into Victoria inner harbour area. If you want underground secure parking you pay extra, which seems a little tacky given the price you’re paying already. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues in our room that didn’t get resolved. The clothing hook on the back of the bathroom door was falling off. It needed to be mounted in a new spot in the door as the holes were too big from overuse where the screw went in the door. They just pushed it back in just to have it fall apart again. Also the kitchen faucet handle came off and they just pushed it back on. So it came off again. Shower stalls in both bathrooms are very small. A large person wouldn’t be able to use the shower. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel, a bit pricey but nowadays everything is! Great location and a quiet area close to the inner harbour."
