"It was a perfect no-frills stay in a fantastic location in downtown Chicago. The room was big. There aren’t typical amenities like an ice bucket or even plastic cups for the bathroom, but they did provide two regular bottles of water, so I guess that sufficed. I was able to get a cutlery set from the restaurant when I needed it for my room, so that was good. Check in person, Beverly, was very nice and was so wonderful at giving me an orientation to Chicago. Bed was comfortable. I was here on business, so it met my needs well: they had a good sized deck for working, which I appreciated."

"This hotel is top notch! The most comfortable bed, linens and pillows ever….they have thought of everything, including little things like the time is displayed in red light letters on the ceiling during the night, near the bed! We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and the rooftop bar was so fun for drinks and small plates…the views were wonderful! Our room was spotless and every staff person we came across was friendly, professional and very helpful! We had a fabulous two night stay and would definitely return ❤️"

"Fantastic location. It was great to be able to walk to most places. We liked the printout of suggestions for places to eat. Coffee available in Club Lounge was good, but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in rooms. Staff were great. Good value for money in a big city. We would definitely stay again."
