I only stayed one night here - checked in late (just after midnight) and used their shuttle/transfer to Gatwick the next morning. The reception desk was technically closed after midnight, but there was someone on-site that was able to check me in after a few minutes. We arranged for my transfer to Gatwick in the morning, and then he showed me to my room that was in a small building across the street.
The room was very small but had all the basics I needed - small twin bed, a nice comforter, two electrical outlets, a large towel, a couple of smaller towels, and sink for brushing my teeth and washing my hands. The room I booked was one with a shared bathroom, which was downstairs from my room. I'm guessing they weren't booked very full, because I was able to use the bathroom that night and in the morning without needing to wait. But I imagine there might be more of wait time when they're more full.
It was comfortable and everything was in working order. It seems like they take good care of the rooms and everything inside and in the bathrooms.
Checkout was easy and I was able to take the transfer shuttle to Gatwick easily as well. Definitely worth the 10 GBP to not have to figure out public transportation in an area I'm not familiar with.
Would recommend and would stay here again.
