The hotel was very conveniently located to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was amazing always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. The elevator thought small was much appreciated with luggage. We had a balcony that overlooked one of the main streets, so relaxing and great views. Thanks again, we will definetly be back. Ciao

Le lit double (combinaison de 2 lits simples n'est pas du tout confortable, la séparation est marquante). Malheureusement très bruyant et pas d'eau chaude le soir après 22h. Et on ne peut utiliser l'air climatisé en dehors de la haute saison.

Everything was wonderful! Started with the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. So close to the main area and walkable to shopping and dining options. We can’t wait to be back.

Loved hotel location and room functionality. Not a lot of amenities , which is not a problem if you are planning on taking tours and/ or shopping. While parking is not ideal, the use of the Central Park facility worked surprisingly well.

The front desk staff was amazing and helped us negotiate many last minute tour cancellations with alternative transportation options. However, the wifi never worked, the bed was very uncomfortable, and we were awoken each night by loud people outside of the hotel despite being on the top floor without any windows.

Great location and wonderful staff! They were super friendly and very helpful when we needed to store our luggage. Our only complaint is that there was a lot of street noise when we were trying to sleep- but earplugs helped!

We absolutely loved this place! Elena and Viviana were so kind, attentive, and friendly. We parked at Parcheggio Sorrentino and it was a very short walk away - the staff was pleasant. Elena upgraded us to a deluxe room for my birthday, so it had a balcony looking over the main plaza. Viviana remembered it was my birthday and left Prosecco with a wonderful birthday note in the room while we were at dinner. The room itself was so clean, safe and nicely done. I would definitely stay here again.

A+++ Customer Service. Great location.
The room was great. Perfect location for sorrento downtown and the bus/train station. The two ladies who work the desk really made this a 10/10 experience though, so kind and welcoming and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend and would gladly go back.

Wonderful hotel and will definitely be back!
The staff was amazing - so friendly and accommodating. They even helped me schedule a covid test with a local doctor’s office (I needed to get one in order to return to the US). The hotel is located in a great area and a quick walk to the train station. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. AC was strong, which is important this time of year as it can get quite hot. I will definitely be back!

The staff, Trisha, Elena, and ilarrio, were pleasant and professional. They responded to every request and made our stay a great experience. Gaia who served us in the dining room was a delight. She worked very hard to please everyone. We would definitely return to Palazzo Tasso!

Warning the hotel is not reachable by car! I put the address in my google maps GPS and found myself wasting time going around in circles trying to find the place because there is no street leading up to the hotel entrance. The parking is about 10 minutes walking distance away which was a nightmare when you have heavy luggage so you either walk through the streets with your luggage the whole way or try to find the closest street to drop off at the hotel entrance either way you will find yourself traveling with your luggage.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern but with an old world charm. The staff (all female) were both attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and served with a cheerful staff. It felt more like a bed and breakfast. Thank you Trisha, Elena, Imma, Gaia, and Stefania. We hope to return some day.

Very lovely staff, so helpful in every way! Rooms were small and shower tight, but very clean. So central to main square and all food and shopping. Breakfast was amazing, Gaia was so sweet! Would Definitely recommend .

Location was great. It was modern & clean. Continental breakfast fast great & staff was extremely nice. Ceiling height in our room was so low, we bumped our head at least 4 times on the rafters. Our bed was two twins put together, my feet hung off the end.

It was in a great location, the balcony was a big bonus so we would watch the activity on the street below and have a place to dry our bathing suits. The staff was super helpful in making tour and taxi arrangements and if we were gone before breakfast was served they would provide a generous bag of food the night before.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Tasso! Location can't be beat in the heart of Sorrento, facility was very clean, breakfast was great and the free water in the mini fridge in our room was a nice touch. Everyone at the front desk was helpful with recommendations, especially for a pizza spot that wasn't as touristy. Special call-out for the hotel staff in helping track down our bags, which didn't make our connection and took 3 days to get to us. They were able to help coordinate with the airport and the delivery service to make sure our bags got to us as quickly as possible after delays with the airline.
