"An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. Moreover, when you asked/question them, the staff will behave RUDELY AND...

"Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. "

"Hotel is neat and clean with good food and staff and location. Old people might face some issues as they do not have a lift but have a cab facility better top and ground floor. The surroundings are serene and peaceful. They have good space in the facility. The rooms are spacious."
