"The hotel may not be so new but the interior is so well maintained that it feels really new. The location is good as it is located just opposite a mall although we didn’t really shop in it. Breakfast is Japanese style but the only complain is the rice is not the same quality as those they used in Japan hotels."

"Check in process was terrible they couldn’t find my reservation in computer system , 15 minutes after searching my reservation in the system he said provide me with your reservation number I don’t why I have to provide my reservation number when I already provided him my ID. Finally they found me in the system but not ready to accept the fact that it took lot of time."

"Even though i booked deluxe room, i was downgraded to standard because they were sold out. Hotel arranges club style party every weekend, hence, i could not sleep the whole night. There is no mention or warning that there will be party with loud music. Such a terrible experience and staff is not helpful."

"This is a really good place to stay in Gurgaon. The location is convenient - lots of places to eat in the square - and the room was very comfortable. The staff are nearly all very kind, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is good, with the option of dosa made to order. WiFi is included, but be aware that there is no business centre. Overall, it was a good stay, and I will be back."
