We understand that these factors can be inconvenient, particularly if you have a lot of luggage. However, we do not have a bellman and are not the type of hotel you may have been seeking. We appreciate your understanding and hope that despite this, you were able to enjoy your stay.Regarding our staff presence, we do have staff members constantly onsite, including a live-manager who is available for any assistance or concerns you may have had during your stay. Additionally, we have 24-hour security cameras, intercom systems, and door lock security with pin codes to ensure the safety and security of our guests that I see you also used to get into your room.As you mentioned, the College Inn is located in a vibrant neighborhood with excellent access to mass transit and the University of Washington. We are glad to hear that you found this aspect of our location to be a positive one.Regarding the dining options in the area, we take pride in the variety of food choices available along University Way.
