"Property is fine but not particularly inspiring or modern. Liked that they had a fridge in the room. TV had only one English channel (Bloomberg) and screen reception was fuzzy (not that I could watch Bloomberg for too long anyway, so no huge loss). Having CNN or BBCWorld would have been nice. While there are some attractions not far from the hotel, it's not the most walkable city. Was easy to get taxis as it's on a main road. "

"3 adult men were suggested to sleep in one King bed!!! Wow! We were really shocked how unfriendly the check in progress can be!!! The manager at the reception told us that they are lack of twin rooms. We were suggested to use one King bed for three of us!!!!)) Can you really imagine this?!))) By the way, we are are 3 adult men, we are very friendly but we're not eager to sleep all together. I'd like to remind that we payed the room for 3 adults and requested a twin bed and an extra bed."

"The hotel is wonderful, the restaurants are great, the staff is fantastic. The only thing I would change is to allow water to be thrown on the rocks in the sauna. The HUUM Electric sauna stove is designed for allowing water on the stones and the sauna is beautiful, but there is a sign not allowing. This is a mistake by the management that needs to be reviewed to make this spa area perfect. "

"I arrived a lot earlier of my check in time, I am a tourist and my plane was at 8 am. Upon check in the 2 girls charged me $66 for 4 hours of earlier check in and didn’t even give me a receipt. I paid for the hotel $60 but extra 4 hours cost me $66. So stupid and weird. I would really love to talk to their owner or manager at that time but there was any on duty.
