Seems decent if not more on the budget-side of things. Didn’t ask for ID during check in just for my name and handed me the keycard which was odd.

Very polite staff. Excellent quality hotel for an excellent price. Its not ritz carlton, but I dont want it to be. It's absolutely perfect for this price range.

A bit outdated. No USB charging outlets. Noisy elevator. Room a bit stuffy. Bed comfort to be determined. Night noise to be determined.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the bad experience you had in your recent visit to our facility. You are right the receptionist needs more training and we are working with her to have her ready for any issue. We apologies for the breakfast, we do have good items available and we are sorry if we did not put them out on time. No smoking is allowed, but we can only try to control our guest. Unfortunately there is people who doesn't follow the rules and we can only control the interior of the Hotel. Who ever don't over the rules gets charge, but they damage the Hotel with the smell. We are very sorry for the troubles. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

It was conveniently located in an area that offers many restaurants and local shops. The people at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and the best part is that they don't allow smoking at the hotel.

The property is filthy inside and out. The room was disgusting with evidence of a mouse. We didn't even use the shower because it's gross.

I was a single female guest and felt extremely not safe and comfortable at the hotel. There were some some men looked like homeless at the hotel and outside. The hotel room looked dark, dated and dirty. Stayed there for a night, couldn't wait to check out.

The hotel offered a continental breakfast when I went there both days all that was available was bagels, croissants, and coffee. The lady went into the storage room and there was cereal so I asked do you guys offer cereal or anything else? She said yes I asked her why did you not put it out? This is my last Sunday, so I really don’t care! For two days, the breakfast was limited to one or two items. This is not what they offered.

I come to mountain view atleast 4 times a month this was the first time i came to hotel because its closer to my work but whole night there were noises coming .the paint was out from wall ,house keeper came twice and wake me up early moring round 9.45 then 10 .30. My check out was 11 but still she should know which is occupied and which not. But one thing i must say the price was reasonable so i came to that hotel. Rest the price was reasonable so i didnt complained at front desk.but the way hotel building was it looks very beautiful so i hope the rooms and staff should be like that too . Thank u
