I booked this property for the hot tub feature. I paid nearly double the rate of similar nearby hotels for this amenity. They did have a hot tub and it was available, but it was cold. I asked the front desk if it could be made warmer and they shrugged. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are expecting this amenity.

The staff was very nice and very responsive. They do not restock or clean the rooms everyday. Therefore you have to request clean towels and in room coffee. Also no complimentary breakfast. Not even coffee in the lobby.

Usually love Hilton garden inn I recently stayed at the Sunnyvale location which was amazing, I expected so much more this location was very disappointing. It was not nice like the Sunnyvale location, it was loud and shower gel /shampoo/conditioner were all empty. When I attempted to call housekeeping no one answered. Very disappointed with this location.

Great property and I will definitely be back. Currently under renovations. The staff was amazing, and the room and bathroom were perfect. The neighborhood is fine (located in a shopping plaza parking lot, across from In-N-Out). Parking lot gets medium-crowded.

This hotel was great. Friendly staff, quiet/calm environment, clean and the rooms comfortable and fit our needs. They even allowed us to check in an hour and a half early. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone needing an affordable place to stay.

The hotel is under construction but the staff did a great job keeping the hotel clean and tidy. Our room appears to be completed in the remodeling. It was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night in our room. Service was excellent. We had breakfast at the hotel. It is a bit pricey and the food was not good at all but the staff made up for that. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurant and stores. Definitely will stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Initially we went to the wrong Hilton, and were seriously concerned about the safety of the other one (SJ Airport Hilton). When we were notified of our error we drove to this one (SJ Milpitas). What a difference! This one is in a great location! It has a well lit parking lot in a good area with shopping and restaurants right next door. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful. All of the staff was helpful and courteous. When we did have an issue the manager was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town and I recommend it to others without hesitation.

Great service!
The first room we checked into smelled of cigarette smoke, then I called the front desk and they upgraded my room to a better one. We were extremely pleased!

Reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms and excellent breakfast. All restaurants in the vicinity that closes at 10pm, including the hotels own, with no service after that, was a little hard to take, specially coming from Los Angeles.
