"The aesthetic is amazing, the decor and the service is impeccable. The staff varied in certain interactions I had. As someone who doesn't like to bother people, I found some staff to be extremely helpful whereas 2 seemed to be extremely snarky and rude. It was a wonderful stay in the areas of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall service. I found the stay to be very enjoyable and would highly recommend 1 Hotel's service to anyone that is interested in staying. The spa however was beyond expensive...

"Very kind and attentive staff. Hotel was nice for a layover in San Francisco. Our flight got in late and the shuttle stops at 11pm, so we had to take a Lyft to the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of items. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Liked that shower had wall mounted dispenser bottles. Had a mini fridge, coffee maker (disposable tray with coffee grounds plastic packaged) with two reg and one decaf trays. No creamers. Microwave available for use downstairs in lobby. View was of a roof and some industrial buildings and parking lots. I opted to not get housekeeping during 3 night stay. Furniture was old and a little beat up. Laptop sized safe in closet. Had normal hangers. Appreciated free...

"Nice stay over for flight out of SFO. This was a perfect room, bed, bathroom at a good price. Well worth staying here and especially if your catching a flight or on a layover. "
