The room was good until I turned the lights on. The beds were damaged, the bed frames were dirty and old food between the frame and mattress. The restroom had a lot of dead flys on the wall and celling. Overall was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! They definitely need to revaluate how they run their hotel.

The light switch wouldn’t work, the heater worked for 10 minutes and then turned off. When it was on it smelled like pee. I paid for a king size bed and instead had 2 queen beds. (Room smelled bad) I had stayed here before and never had a problem…now I understand why it’s only $100.

I do not recommend it, the customer service at the F.D is horrible, they do not attend to your needs and the truth is they do nothing to help you! It was my experience, the truth is I don't recommend it.

Very disappointed in this hotel. We only Stayed one night of are 3 day stay. It was the worst sleep of my life. Bugs coming through the Door , the kitchen sink was clogged The front door lock was loose and the door was cracked.. The bed was very hard and small and unclean. Very disappointed, wish we could have gotten our money back. I never go back there and do not recommend anybody else. Go to any other hotel around there. But not the Hotel Irish in disgusting, very unclean. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Well I can’t Review the property because I wasn’t allowed to check in. They say to call and let them know if you’re checking in after 8pm. Which I did. I called them around 330 to let them know. I go to check in and they say it’s to late to check in. I ask where it says that on the website and he just says he doesn’t know. He says if Expedia calls him they will authorize the refund. When Expedia called the declined to to the refund.

It was very dirty. The shower was extremely dangerous and there was a drain right in the middle of the bathroom smell like sewer.I will never come back here and stay.

No shower curtain????
I’ve stayed here a few times in the past. Every time I stay I get a different room with different weird things. This time my bathroom!!!! It was a jacuzzi tub with a shower head…..no curtain. In the past I’ve had TVs not work or uncomfortable beds….i don’t know why I keep coming back, but I think this was my last stay at hotel iris.

This place is very run down and in bad shape. My first room the bathtub flooded all over the bathroom floor and was bulging up. My second room the toilet was loose and I thought it was going to fall over. The mattress was lumpy. The other people staying in the hotel were strange and loud. This is a very bad hotel

Unfortunately, there is no way to attach photos, or I would simply show you. Inside of door had open holes where bar lock had been kicked in. Next to it had Sharpie writing about that situation. Bathroom had missing baseboard, either dispensers or a grab bar had been pulled off the shower wall and not patched, the toilet paper holder had been moved - again no effort to patch and paint the holes. The mirror had only two working lights out of four, until I fixed it myself. The TV mount is actually larger than the miniscule TV. NO maid service, despite the fact that I put out the Maid Service Requested card. When I spoke to the desk staff all I got was vague assurances that the room would be looked at. That and a post-it note with the promise of a jacuzzi room at half price during my next stay. Right. No letter head, no name of who gave it to me, nothing to indicate that this was a legit offer. No discount or other remuneration was offered to make this right. The room did not feel safe, was not cleaned during my stay, and looked like the leftovers from a bad rental agreement. Seriously disappointing in every way. Will not be staying with you again.

Credit for no hot water
Hotel did not have hot water. I was told ro contact Hotel.com to get credit. Hotel.com did not respond to my email. The only response from Hotel.com was to contact my local hotel. Hotel.com is quick to take your money but if there's a problem with your reservation you won't get any help. The local hotel did what they could. I reserve a suite with jetted tub. Shortly after I made reservation the local hotel called and told me there was no hot water. They said they could not issue credit and that any credit would come from Hotel.com since reservation was made through them. Hotel.com contact was through online chat from which I got no response. The local hotel switched us to a regular room with hot water but at a lower rate. Hotel.com did not respond to any of my inquiries. When you click on the "help and support" it refers you back to local hotel. The local hotel took care of the room situation on their end but Hotel.com didn't take care of credit on their end. Hotel.com only works if there are no issues. If anything abnormal happens Hotel.com is no help. There's no phone number to talk directly to a real person. Everything is online where they can blame things on computer. I will never use Hotel.com again. I'm going to tell everyone I know that Hotel.com is no reliable. It's better to contact hotel directly to make reservation. That way you can contact the hotel reservation desk and solve the problem. My hotel manager was very helpful and available throughout the whole process

Terrible room and it took threats to get hot water
This is a very badly run down property that is misrepresented in the Hotels.com photos. When I checked in I was advised there would be no hot water to the room or the building it was in. I had to threaten to go to another hotel to FINALLY get put into a room with hot water. Sadly no water pressure and the room was filthy with huge carpet stains bugs in the bathroom and noisy refrigerator each time it turned on. Overall the building and rooms are so run down and in disrepair that they should not be allowed on Hotels.com. I will never stay there again.

Stay here in you want the worse time ever.
I received a phone call from the GM Sandy. Due to what I was doing at the time, I couldn't answer my phone, but I was checking in for my stay in about 30 mins so I figured I would see what was up when I got to the hotel. When I arrived, the front desk agent got my reservation and then I saw him leave and go to a office towards the back and I heard him say "he's here." The GM, Sandy, came out that time and she has told me that there was no hot water due to a gas line but the plumbers would be done within a couple hours and that I would be good. I was suppose to get a call when it was finished. Time goes by and time goes by on and on. I still haven't received any phone call and so now I'm just getting more and more annoyed since my reservation was for a single king suite and with a jetted tub (room 103) When I entered the room, it was no suite but just a regular room with a larger bathroom. I wouldn't know how the jetted tub was because the plumbers that were suppose to be done in a couple hours, ended up going into 2am and that's when they had gotten the loudest with their banging, drilling, and yelling! Even different guest that we're staying here we're yelling and complaining, banging on doors. Dogs were barking. It was a magical stay for my little staycation. The water coming out the sink was brown, the telephone didn't work in my room, and the tv just stuck on one channel so I couldn't have even used the tv to distract myself. I left at 2am because it was so horrible.
