They did a good job doing the room, spacey, plenty of natural light. I liked it a lot, with that said they could improve in customer service, no one is ever at the desk. They advertise free breakfast in the builboard outside and they don’t provide it. Convenient location, affordable price, cool room.

office smelled bad, dirt on the floor in room, sounded like a heard of buffalo in the room above us almost from the time we checked in till the early morning hours and then again early morning we we got up. spoke to manager but he didn't seem to care. we will never stay there again.
When we got into our room there was urine in the toilet, hair in the shower and the floors were not clean. It was just gross.

Only issue we had with our room was the outlet in the bathroom and the hotel room phone not working. I called the front desk from my cell to report the issues and they sent a maintenance person up to check out the problem. He came by, said he would return but never came back.

The room and bathroom were not clean. There were footprints on the headboard, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom vent didn’t work, the floor was dirty and we had to wait to check in because the person working the front desk was on the phone in another room. Had to ring bell 3 times for him to come out.

The phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk. The bathroom door had damage. The pillows were small. I’m glad I brought my own. Bathroom outlet was not working. I well say the room was clean. I was worried at first after reading some reviews.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Everything was broken and the maintenance of the room and things were fixed very diy and not by professional maintenance. It was dirty and outside were shoes and trash laying around. It was loud from the traffic driving by. Was way over priced and i should have gotten a refund honestly.
We have stayed at this facility a few years ago with no problems.
This visit was terrible. The room had not been cleaned. After an hour was able to get it cleaned which was mediocre. Had no Kleenex or bath soap. Had to go get from staff member. Person working front desk was not friendly and not helpful. No customer service. Bed was comfortable and nice TV. The property needs maintenance. Will not stay there again.

Whom ever this hotel contracted with for repairs and upgrades should be fired or sued! We had to change room after or first room did not have working bathtub stopper. It had broken light switch and also blue tape on the transition piece on the flooring. Second room had the strangest layout ever. It had very dirty couch. Beds were okay but were just in frame like we did when we were to broke to afford a backboard. Room was clean though. Ceilings and floor transitions in bathroom paint were all messed up and the toilet roll holder fell out of the wall. Just worth about $50 a night and felt very seedy. It has potential if the company cared.

The room had a weird bad smell to it, that wasn’t welcoming at all. Walls and headboard was really dirty, I was afraid of touching anything other then the vicinity of the sheets on the bed, and I question that too. I had a rude awakening of a clogged toilet as well. Glad I only had to deal with it for a night, I did not get good sleep. Woke up and felt unrested maybe because all the negatively the room brings.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEl! Most of the usb outlets and plugs in the room did not work. Ice machine broken. Toilet would not flush in first room they gave me then second room ran for 15 minutes after flushing. Front desk clerk was not at all accommodating or helpful. Did not even advise that I needed to request room service and they never showed up after 3 night stay. Had to ask for a receipt in which I was told I would get when I checked out but front desk was closed til 730am and had to leave before then. No blow dryer in the room at all. Very noisy from freeway traffic.

No, we arrived to check in at a later scheduled time, once check-in was complete, we had to climb four sets of stairs to get to the top floor, because the elevator was broken. Next we entered the room to find the floors were really dirty the bathroom had been used, and then we find the bed to be really uncomfortable. Overall had a bad stay wouldn’t recommend definitely not staying there again.

Dear Guest.We appreciate your comment, and we apologize for the inconvenience. When there are no rooms available on the lower floors, the front desk must allocate guests to rooms on the upper floors. The elevator is functioning well, though it's possible that someone else was using it at the time. You must make a complaint about the restroom at the front desk in order for us to try to move you to a different room. We deeply regret that. We will address every issue raised by your input.
