Overall it was great. I didn't like the fact that there was no sinks to wash hands and no mirror in handicapped accessible bathrooms. Toilet tissue was low quality.

Claimjumper breakfast was cold. Toast was cold the butter didn't even melt. I ordered a name and it was very small it was not cold and it has browns or maybe three to four forks full and that was it

Fantastic location, right across from the harbour. Great rooms with Bayside or city views and staff was really nice and accommodating.

Solid 3 star property. Staff is friendly and works with you to get booked in early. Booking before 2pm is a $25 fees but after is free which is great! Rooms were clean but sink might need maintenance done seen as it seemed pretty loose. In a Great area it feels safe to walk at night and is close to lots of public transportation.

The ice machine in the hall by my door went on all night long and kept 3 of us awake. It almost sounded like someone was vacuuming through the night. Very hard to sleep with an early flight in the morning.

the location was excellent. walking distance to most of the places we want to visit. the hotel customer service are nice and very accommodating although my reserved room with 2 beds was not available the time we arrived because they are full and instead they replaced it with 1 king size bed.

Walkable to the trolley station. It had conveniently had an outside restaurant part of the hotel, but also some other restaurants that were walkable to.
Side note: We wish they had usb plugs to help people charge their items.

Liked that the property was very conveniently located. Disliked that room was dirty when we checked in. Shower drain was clogged and pool of water formed in shower pan. Rather loud outside due to trains.

They had no rooms in the skyline as I reserved and ended up on a much more old tower. Will not stay at this hotel, the hotel is much older than the photos show.

Wasn’t as friendly as hospitality person should be. I hate the idea and fact that you have to pay for your parking when your checked in the hotel.

I enjoyed the convenience of being right downtown . Only stayed one night but it was an eventful one night with all the local little towns and eatery’s near by .

We booked two rooms 2 months in advanced and somehow got the room behind the elevator where all night u hear the elevator go up and down buzzing ..We had issues with bath tub water not going down when showering .The ac didnt work .We called and asked for remote for tv for some reason wasn't in room and didn't receive it for almost 3 hours. The only light we had for the center of room didn't work because outlet was pulled out of the wall. We had booked connecting rooms and didnt even receive rooms next door to each other. Overall wasn't worth the amount of money we paid for two rooms considered (bayside view) i feel like we got the worst rooms available even though we booked rooms way in advance.

We found parking right in front of the entrance...for FREE on a Sunday night. Woo Hoo !
And we walked across the street to the Brigantine for our last dinner in San Diego with our family before departing.

Property had a great location to all the amenities of downtown San Diego. Biggest drawback is the lack of parking anywhere and the fact that the hotel charges you $47 a night to park a vehicle as a resident. Its another one of those little hidden Fee bonanzas that every industry seems to be piling on these days.

The room was clean, but it was great. I just wish there was affordable water instead of having to pay $7 a bottle. The vending machine on our floor was out of water. It just seems like a simple thing that should be provided to the guests. Lack amenities and a mediocre room wasn’t worth what we paid in my opinion.
