"Ideally located for those having business in Salt Lake, New Town area. Right on the main road. Good access to all facilities. Rooms can be kept cleaner. Looked as if the room wasn't cleaned for some time. Front balcony was very dirty. However staff were very cordial. Okay for short stay."

"It was indeed a terrible experience , first of all it took 2 hours to loacte the hotel, and finally when we reached the hotel it was a big disappointment to see the hotel abd its room, the linen was old, the mattress was not as per expectation. This room should not have been priced more that ₹999."

"I reached the hotel at around 9pm after a long flight from Heathrow via 5 hours stopover at Delhi. I had the printout of my booking. There were couple of guys at the counter. Well they could not find my booking. In nutshell after 2 hours of arguing where they called someone they assumed knew more and who told them to refuse me a room as they didn't have me in the system.
