"The Leela was a wonderful hotel with excellent service by all staff I encountered. I was “marooned” in Delhi due to my flight being cancelled and I couldn’t have picked a nicer, friendlier hotel!"

"Sharanya floor manager made us feel very welcomed along with her assistant Payal. Passage carpet leading to room looked dirty and needing some upgrades to be really 5 star hotel. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and planning on visiting again."

"Great hotel for our first time in New Delhi. Staff are excellent, accommodating, friendly and want to make your stay memorable. Used the pool and took advantage of the spa facilities. Minor point is that some aspects of the hotel could be refreshed like the seating in the bar, pool towels were clean but are close to needing replacement. These things are not as important to us as the incredible service provided by all areas of the hotel operations. They really made our stay special."
