"Mr Wes , Great guy good service , All staff members working really hard to make it a great stay food breakfast great , bar great street parking easy peasy , cant fault the stay. stayed in room 235 no issues room clean towels fresh amazing sea view. i wont hesitate to book here again, "

"Nice room in a seafront hotel which was very central to Lytham St Annes. Lovely friendly hotel staff. Car park very tight and many of spaces were reserved (didn't realise you could reserve) but had it not been for the triathlon on the Promenade on Sunday morning there would have been plenty of parking in nearby car parks or off the side roads. Would happily stay here again. "

"We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ? I said it’s a cocktail? And he replied abruptly I know but we’re not doing them ?apart from that it was lovely. "

Lovely hotel

"Our first impression, when we walked through the door never changed throughout our stay. The hotel reception area is bright, clean and has lovely decor, lots of seating areas, to relax and enjoy a drink, and friendly staff who welcomed us on arrival.We were booked in for 2 nights over the May bank holiday weekend and had booked a show at the Lowther Pavilion for one of the nights. The other evening we stayed in the hotel for dinner, which was excellent. There was a very well stocked bar and entertainment which we really enjoyed. We would definately recommend this hotel and booked again before we left, which in my mind is the best recommendation you can get for anyone thinking of staying at this hotel"

Excellent family hotel

"The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"worst hotel i have ever stayed in staff were not frendly could not get room service when we ask member of staff walked in our room while we were in bed find us for smokeing in the room we dont smoke charged us 25 pound for being harf hour late booking out when we told them we were both sick after our breakfurst the day before had to moun about haveing breakfurst they did not wantto give it us in all the worst stay i have ever had "
