You should be ashamed. This hotel is closed and You should t get resarvations. I had a terrible first night i was looking For hotel in the middle of the night. I payed an extra night and the next morning i managed to get in the building of bellsuite o found out i was relocated. No body informed me no body have me a refund For the extra night i payed. And You are sending me useless emails. I will never use anything You provide. And I have informed every body i know about this cruel attitude of yours.

The lady that served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was very nice. No one was at the front desk, ever, to help us with wifi issue or provide us with a crib for our baby. With no wifi we were unable to contact anyone for this. The room was well kept and in a great location.

Bad hotel not recommended at all!
It was bad experience to stay in that hotel, I waited couple hours for checking in because there is no Reciption person. In simple word in the worst hotel I saw in my life.

I like the staff, they were kind and helpful. The property is in a good location to access sightseeing. The elevator was impressive. The Spanish maid is a wonderful person. Christine was so hearty, she helped us to get our transportation back to the airport. There was another gentle man at the front desk who assisted us to get an adopter to charge our cell phones. This property was shabby, the curtain was hanging off in the room, there was no light in the bathroom, breakfast was poor, there was NO tea and coffee facilities in the room, only a kettle. We had to buy coffee and milk. There was no staff on reception, the cleaner was the receptionist, who spoke no English. We had to use SIRI to communicate. Safe didn’t work, I rang to report problems, no one called me back, even though he allegedly took my number. All photos on the website are a total lie, and you need to revisit before recommending this sub standard 1 star stay

We requested a crib for our 4 month old baby and nothing was there. Dangerous large wooden folding door above bed. Sinks and shower blocked. Razor left in bath when we arrived. No way to contact staff without international phone call.

Nice location - rooms need updating.
We chose a "small double" room, however the room was not at all as advertised in the pictures. The room was incredibly small, relatively clean but needs significantly updating. Marks all over the wall and the shower was so small you could only lift one arm at a time, shower head squirted everywhere and was a very claustrophobic experience. We arrived late at night so key was left and we didn't see anyone at reception until we checked out, to make sure we paid the City tax. Breakfast was OK, delivered to our room on time each morning, coffee never hot.

My friend had to stay last minute. One of the front desk people started knocking on our door to tell us this, instead of waiting until we passed by the desk. He did this TWICE. He would not let us modify the reservation or pay the extra money with a card. Bad experience.

Perfect unless you’re in Rome to marvel at room
Didn’t realize it’s basically apartment building with several room. Hadn’t read the fine print so hard to figure that you go straight to the 3rd floor (so long as someone is at the reception). Keys were waiting for me. While WiFi not operating, room had the basics and breakfast was a delightfully nice touch. Would stay and recommend that others do the same.

I tried to call and email to confirm reservation 48hrs prior (as advised). Phone or email was never answered. Completed a breakfast order and some items were never received. Shower is extremely slippery, dangerous. Bedhead is not functional and topples over.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed
we were arrived at about 7:30am, reception lady allowed us to store the luggage before room cleaning. When we backed to hotel at about 5pm, we found the room still haven't been cleaned, no staff at reception. My husband called the emergency telephone number, a man picked up the phone and said he's not feeling well. My husband said we understand, but please give us another contact person to help us. That man was very rude and hang up the phone. In the end we have not choice but found the store room, took the clean bed sheet, pillowcase and toilet paper from that to change by ourselves. At the same time, we met a guess from another room, who also talking about the same happened to her. We also met a couple who already stayed several days and no one clean the room. It's really horrible. I have never met a hotel like this, totally no responsibility.

We arrived late and the room was extremely dirty and used by the previous guests!!!! We called every phone number and nobody picked up the phone, so we had to sleep there. It was disgusting! Next day The receptionist seemed like she didn’t care too much and she told us that the cleaning lady was sick, the worst excuse I ever heard.

Hotel a bit tired
No balcony, the one shown in the hotel website is used by staff for smoking. No slippers or bathrobes as shown on website. Breakfast to the room was on time twice out of the 5 days, we nearly didn’t get breakfast one day as they were ready to leave. Showers were cold and water dribbled out. Toilet seat broke, ohh we also got stuck in the lift. Wouldn’t go back.

The girls working there were very lovely. Treated us great & the place was spotless. We had a little trouble with the bathroom & they came IMMEDIATELY to fix it. The room was on a very noisy street - It bothered my daughter but not me - I love the sounds of Italy .

The room wad very small and it hardly had space for luggage. Bathroom showerhead needed repair. Walks have stains from people's luggage. Very disappounting. I was going yo stay there on my wsy back home, but I decided to change hotels. The staff oerson was kind enough to not charge as I hsd reserved with Hotels.com and had paid in advance.

great location, easy to work with staff, great continental breakfast brought to your room each morning to your order and at the time you request. Staff helpful in finding trains and shuttles to airport. Bilingual staff. Baths were small but more than adequate, and private in the room. Showers would at times be cold in the evening but in the mornings were always hot. Space heater was in the room, along with hair dryer, TV, wifi. Centrally located near Termini and Metro stop (Nazionale). Food, shopping, and other tourist attractions all withing walking distance.

Comfortable Apartment In the City
Booked this apartment as a 2 star, however reading reviews and looking at photos before I went I was confident it was at least a three and wasn't disappointed. Upon arrival at the building there is a small Bellsuites sign outside but no further information as to where you go once inside (3rd floor) which isn't a great hassle and luckily there was a local to the building who knew where it was. When arriving at reception there was a letter left in my name on the front desk containing check in and breakfast details as well as my room key, as reception isn't manned all the time. I booked a triple room and wasn't disappointed walking in, there was a double bed set up with a single in the corner too. The bathroom had a small shower, sink, toilet and bidet and was clean and tidy. A few of the fixtures were worn and have seen some use but that didn't stop them from functioning how they should have and were perfectly fine for the duration of my stay. In the main area of the room as well as the beds there was a wardrobe with a safe inside, a desk with mini fridge, a table and chairs for breakfast and a small TV with a complete sky package including movies (unfortunately all in Italian). We eventually met the staff shortly after arriving who took some details and explained what to do about breakfast, I'm English and their understanding wasn't great, but they had enough that we got by and got everything we needed.

Affordable stay with air/hotel package
Very nice B&B, not next to most attractions but within walkng distance. The continental breakfast is AMAZING! Martina and her staff are exceptional except for the driver that was suppose to pick us up from the airport. The amenities were adequate and after a long day walking the city we slept very comfortably.

The staff was great and helpful ( Gabriela she was great ) but after 3 pm NO Body it's in the lobby or hotel areas till next day around 7 am . The wifi its very poor and the furnishings . Mattress and tv are OLD my tv never work . For the same or less money you can stay in a better place .

Tiny, cheap and convenient location for overnight
I needed a night in rome and this place was the cheapest and closest to Termini station i could find $60- something AUD. It is tiny... bed was not comfortable however aircon was in working condition and breakfast was included. actually breakfast was served in tge room. Also included was a kettle, tv, tea,. I recommend it to people who need a place for night like i did after a tour which ended in rome and i was flying out the next day.

Well located and friendly hotel.
Great hotel with very helpful staff that is centrally located and only a 5/10 minute walk from Termini station. Lovely breakfasts and great rooms to sleep in, especially with the added bonus of the air conditioning. Only downside about our room is that the bathroom does need to be made bigger as there is an awful lot of stuff in there cramped together. All in all though a great place to stay centrally for good prices.

Disappointed and tired in Rome
The hotel staff told us there was a problem with the room when we tried to check in and did not have a different room for us in the hotel. I thought the reservations were guaranteed. They offered us a room at a hotel down the street and around the corner so we took it. We had to wheel our luggage down the street and got a room that was so small that with luggage open it was hard to get around the room. The bathroom was ok. There were no other facilities available with the room, although we paid the same price as the room we had reserved. The room had two beds but only one blanket so I was very cold through the night and had trouble sleeping. There was no one to ask for a blanket and the phone didn't work to ask for any service. There were several adults in the hall talking loudly and clinking dishes and glasses until well past 11:30 but there was no hotel staff to address the issue. Wifi did not work most of the time. Breakfast was good. We were told to bring the key back to the Bellesuite hotel but we didn't want to have to drag our bags back the entire way so we gave the key to the man working the breakfast and hoped he got it back to the hotel. The Rome area was wonderful to walk around but tiring with the lack of sleep.

Attraction from beginning was the FREE airport shuttle when I booked it. Got there and guy said that was changed last wk so they should of honoured my booking from before that!! 30euro for 1 hr ride. Driver filled up gas, dropped off his friend. At that point did I have a choice?! Told us couldn't check in til after 2:30. Gave us keys. Said would put our bags in the room since we went out and never returned til late. Bags siting in hallway! Nobody around! Not that close walk to termini otherwise I'd prefer Leonardo express train 14 e for 25 min aircon roomy easy ride! Didn't save money there!! Possibly worth it if u had family of 4 to pay shuttle service. Again I wouldn't of chosen this place if I knew about the charge now for shuttle! Stayed 1 night only thank goodness. Location is close to republic stn. Free in room Breakfast sucks. Not a lot choice. Room smallish. Washroom size was decent. Nice hot water. Large sink. Not the cleanest looking. Dark floors dark room.

Crazy checkin. Did not know the hotel was on the 3rd floor of a building... ONLY the 3rd floor. And there were 2 other places on that floor. I did not get the message they left for me that i needed to call the person working to come check us in because i did not have my phone on. (International calling was expensive) The elevator worked good... thank goodness. Once we got checked in (staff in next door on 3rd floor called staff to check in) the stay was fantastic. Great location, great breakfast, wonderful room. Would stay again and recommend.

Very good location!
Our driver was very prompt and courteous picking us up from Leonardo Da Vinci airport and delivered us with our huge luggage safely and efficiently to BellaSuites hotel. It was before check-in time, but they held our bags for us and gave us our key so we could begin touring Rome. When we returned later in the afternoon our bags were already in our very clean and comfortable room. Arrangements had been made for the breakfast of our choice to be delivered to our room at a pre-set time the next morning. When we checked out, the very friendly and helpful desk clerk held our bags for us once again and made arrangements for us to get a taxi to the port terminal. All in all, a very pleasant experience in Rome! Thank you BellaSuites!

This is a B and B not hotel. Worst place we ever experienced in life Avoid avoid avoid. Even if you give me free accommodation, I will not stay. The so called breakfast in you room, croissant and yogurt and instant coffee every single day. You're just renting a room, thanks it. Make appointment for check in , give the room key and you are in your own , no receptionist . Nothing this hotel can offer , nothing at all . Staff if you can see one they're nice thought

BelleSuite summarily CANCELED my reservation, a few days before my arrival. They rebooked me in a sister property called "95 Rooms in Rome", in Via Panisperna. The new place was farther from the Repubblica Metro Station than I had planned. The room was TINY, with the double bed practically touching the walls on all sides, and the two of us climbing over the bed and each other to get around. AC worked well. Bright street light shone in our window all night, so I had to wear eye shades. Wi-Fi was extremely slow, useless for most things except maybe emails. Shower drain was badly clogged and I was left standing in water after only a couple minutes. To their credit, they unclogged it later the same day I complained. Breakfast was okay, served in the room. Staff was very cheerful and helpful, but if you want to avoid a classic "Bait-and-Switch", do NOT book with BelleSuite.

Fire at hotel. Place burnt down!
We arrived to find the place had set alight earlier that day. Sadly we never got to stay but luckily were found other accommodation. We were not informed of the situation when we arrived and were simply told to follow someone who took us to another hotel and left us in the breakfast room there. However the people at that hotel did not have room for us to stay. It was only after a while of sitting there and help from other guests that we were then found a new hotel. This was a very unfortunate situation for everyone involved but it would have been greatly helped by someone explaining what was happening.

Great for a single traveller. Great last minute booking. Room was fine. Staff were great. Free shuttle to the airport between 7am and 7pm (? Confirm times?). Breakfast included. Walking distance from the train station and everything else. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great little B&B. The staff is very helpful and attentive. They helped arrange travel to and from the airport via their courtesy shuttle.The daily breakfast was quite a great treat. Rooms are nice and clean. There is a little street noise, but we were so exhausted from all the site seeing every night that we barely noticed. Very convenient location to public transportation and within walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. Overall a wonderful experience.
