"Property was a little older on the outside. Rooms were nice and clean. Area was not super noisy. They are in the middle of updating a block of rooms so there was general construction mess but nothing terrible."

"Clean and quiet. The young lady who checked us in, went above and beyond helpful! However, the bathroom has it's issues. No lid on the toilet, and when flushed, can wake the dead. The shower/tub surround is not attached properly, and the faucet and water feel likely to pull fom the wall. Make sure you have your own hair dryer."

"Very pleasant stayed. Our check-in person was very, very nice. The laundry room was a little noisy being on the other side of our wall, but it did stop at a decent hour. I would say 10:00 p.m. at the latest. Wish you would have gotten there early enough to use the pool in the hot tub cuz we could have used it."

"It was very nice and well kept overall. Bed was comfortable. It was right on the main street with the market right across the street. Biggest thing keeping me from a better review was the noise. Woken up at 2am from people in the hallway being loud for a duration of time. And then at 6am, I swear they were moving furniture upstairs and stomping around. It went on for hours. And then again the following night. It may not be all the time, but it was truly annoying."

"Comfortable beds and pillows. Old school motel but everything thing was in good working order. Bath included bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Hair dryer too. Walking distance to downtown dining and shopping. Will stay here again. "

"The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff). All of the staff are super courteous, efficient and helpful-but especially at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are wonderfully situated and are blessed with splendid views. There are even super clean and convenient bbq facilities. We saw lots of wildlife (birds galore, deer, elk, squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits etc.) on this visit and when you can book a fully equipped...
