"Nice cabins. Very clean. Could do more to make stay more comfortable. Cabin was freezing when we entered. No one checked our trash or towels during our stay. Front desk said we had to request it, but they never mentioned anything during check in. "

"This is an older property but continues to be kept clean and maintained. It is in a good location and noise was not a big issue. (With any motel, there is parking right outside your door/window, which is convenient but does add a bit of noise in the morning.). I have no hesitation staying here during the shoulder seasons but would not pay the approximate $250-300 room price during the summer."

"We chose this hotel due to price but got so much more! It is within walking distance of downtown and the Stanley for strolls on the riverfront, shopping or dining. The property itself is wonderful. There is a playground, fire pit, outdoor grills, and lake on site. Real fireplaces in the room encourage a comfortable night in your room if you want to relax. "The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff).
