There was a bad smell every time we entered the room. We opened the window but the smell still stayed. Beds were awful - mattresses sunk in. The divan of double bed was torn. No wifi in room even though they said there was. My daughter couldn’t enter the gym and the reception man said she needed room key to enter but didn’t tell her it wouldn’t work at 8.30am so she had to go down again to ask. He asked if she needed to go now!!?? He then went up with her to open the gym. At restaurant, my husband ordered beer and waiter forgot it until half hour later when we reminded him. There was no other customer around. We went for breakfast at 9am. There was no bacon or sausages left so I asked. Waitress said they were not serving anymore. Breakfast was till 10!

The only outlets available in the room are across the room, not near a bed. Had to plug my phone very far away from me and there was only 2 for such a big room. There WiFi only work at the front desk area or in the area of the elevator. NO signal whatsoever inside the room. Tried calling front desk and they said sorry, it should work in your room.

Just one night on the road to Belgium. The price was very low but the hotel condition is very worned and cleanliness is doubtful. The breakfast is very good. This hotel is placed among the highway but into a business zone.

not too bad, good staff and likely. I liked the breakfast, the dinner was expensive but not too bad. Something to change or add in the toilet slippers and robe should help, soaps and cream like others hotels I have been, perfume as well

Good location if you're working in Rivoli
A clean but tired hotel. Next to the motorway, no sights or shops within walking distance. I stayed there on business so it was ideal location for me as I was working near Rivoli. My unit was supposed to be a non smoking room but I could smell someone had smoked in there before, no fault of the hotel. Unfortunately a lot of people still smoke in Italy so most hotels have this problem. Sky TV, free Wifi and clean bathroom. Continental breakfast was great, plenty of food and friendly staff. A good hotel for the budget. I'd say it's more suited for people on business nearby or if you're stopping by for the night as you drive through. It's around 30 minutes from Turin and I'm not sure how good the public transport is to reach the city.

This hotel is not well situated to visit Torino. It was really hard to figure out how to get there by car and by walk. But easy access to highway (Interporto). There is nothing around if you don't have a car. There is no airport shuttle like mentioned on hotel.com. The rooms were clean enough but smelled cigarette even though we had a non-smoking room. The staff were welcoming and were speaking a not so bad french and english. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice, pastry, fruits, yogurt, salami, cheese, etc.

Good for short stay while travelling through regio
Family of 4, one night stay during transit through Turin. Nice cappuccino machine in breakfast area and breakfast was good. Beds quite old. It's mostly a truck stop hotel but we didn't have to be in Turin and the price was good. Weak wifi signal though. Sufficient free parking. Not much around to do though and far from central Turin

Cheap and met the requirements - apart from Internet which did not work. Breakfast good. Toilet leaked all night - noise a bit like the old Japanese WW2 torture

A hotel to Avoid at all costs
booked through Expedia which was used against us throughout. Staff spoke limited english- while "amercano" and "expedia" featured prominently in their dialogue when addressing issues. if not for the excellent restaurant staff the whole experience would have been disastrous!

Pleasant stay
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only down side was the lack of anywhere to eat as it was New Year's Eve and the hotel restaurant was being used for a corporate event.

OK Place for an overnight
The hotel is in an industrial area and appears to be a little out of maintenance. Once we checked in everyone was very helpful and the restaurant was great for a pizza and a beer. The morning breakfast was excellent. It looks like there is some effort going on to bring this place back to its original glory.

The hotel is convenient to the customs border if you are buying a car in Italy but otherwise it is on the southern outskirts of Turin with nothing nearby. This i knew beforehand but what shocked me was the room itself. It was set up hostel-style with 4 tiny single beds. We tried to push 2 together and in the middle of the night the one my husband was on collapsed! He is not heavy so clearly it was already broken. The wi-fi did not work and we woke to a huge flying bug in the room. We spent less than 8 hours total in the room and it was cheap but I would never stay here again. The only redeeming qualities are that it is very convenient to the customs border in Turin and it's restaurant is also a truck-stop diner and the food was pretty good and a good value if you want something hot and fast. NOT worth even the small amount of money charged.

This hotel was a great stopping point for us. So easy to find & just off the highway. Considering it's a stop for alot of trucks, it was really quiet.. We didn't really leave the hotel but it looked like the area was a bit industrial. The food was good for supper & the breakfast was typical for Italy. we would definately stay again.

THIS MODERN HOTEL IS CONVIENTLY SITUATED OUT OF TOWN. A GOOD PLACE FOR TOURISTS TO BASE YOUR SELF. AND IT MUST BE CONVIENT FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. WE WOULD STAY LONGER NEXT TIME. AND NOT STAY IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN AGAIN. WITH THE TRAFFIC AND PARKING PROBLEMS THAT BRINGS.

Hotel Interporto - hard to find
We did not receive a very warm reception from the young lady at the desk but this is not out of the norm from what we found. Our room was clean, breakfast was the normal bread, jams, juice and coffee--was OK. We were driving at this point of our vacation and found getting to the hotel exremely difficult and frustrating. When we called the hotel to ask for some help she told us that she did not know where we were. Overall hotel met more than our expectations since it is a hotel that caters to truck drivers and has large parking areas for their trucks. We were not distrubed by any truck noises during the night, though.

The Interporto was in an industrial area
The hotel was below a 3 star rating. The room was okay but very old and outdated. It was located across the street from semi parking. We were passing through so the location wasn't a factor. It was convenient from a major highway.
