"We had a wonderful stay at the Norwood Bungalow. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and full of amenities. The meals were delicious. There were a variety of choices. The staff here were lovely and helpful. They made our stay welcoming. The tea trails around the bungalow offered amazing view of the tea estate. They were easy walks and worthwhile. "So overall this hotel was an excellent option. My room had a great view, especially at night with the city lights against the mountainsides. The lock on the door, although it did lock, was a bit difficult and frustrating. However, Kandy City stay does get high marks for staff and their local tours.
