"Amazing but the only problem I have is that you are charged to use the hotel transportation daily. Which I think is so unfair because I didn’t use it but I was charged for it. I debated it but still no results in the end because if you drive your own car, why would I need to use a hotel car, and they want to charge for the parking garage or valet parking which I didn’t use either . Those charges were removed. But not the daily $35 charge for hotel car."

"Historic hotel at its finest. Great central location to all activities. Staff (Hallie) was so helpful as was the Valet staff. I've never had a hotel nor have I heard of a hotel staff that went the distance as this bunch did to make our stay so enjoyable. We plan on making another trip to Savannah to catch the things we missed this time due to our short stay and will be staying at the River Street Inn again."

"Luxury property as one would expect with a JW. The location was great and the property was absolutely beautiful. The hotel offers valet, room service, etc which was perfect for my busy trip. Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and friendly. I will definitely return!"
