Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. "Do the employees sleep? The ladies that checked us in during the evening were the same ones serving the guests breakfast! Not only that but they were beyond amazing at both! The hotel is a bridge away from the train station, so an easy 5 minute walk. It is also 5 minutes to the main bus/taxi area to and from the airport. There are lots of hotels in Venice but when we come back we will be staying here again! "

Lots of local restaurants and cafes nearby plus three water taxi stops. Marco was very helpful with checkin, anniversary extras, plus restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was super clean with daily service. Breakfast was a good mixture of savory and sweet. When we return to Venice, we will stay at the Carnival Palace again."

"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect!
