The property was built originally for Royalty, and that it how it seems...you are royalty as long as you stay there. Every view is gorgeous, and the property location is perfection.

Our stay at mom Tri’s was great from start to finish. The room and view was beautiful, the food was delicious. The access to the beach was really nice as well. Location was also convenient and easy to access for our tour guides

Fabulous boutique hotel in a stunning location. Lovely spacious traditionally furnished comfortable room with sitting area, sea view and balcony. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Efficient fan and air con. Complimentary tea and coffee, fruit, bottled water and toiletries. Breakfast choices extensive and delicious. Beautiful grounds with 3 pools for swimming and direct access to Kata Noi beach. Staff very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to relax and unwind, amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, winding paths to grand views and spacious luxurious rooms. Delicious food and friendly staff add to one of the nicest places we have stayed. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved everything about it but particularly the staff from the ordinary background workers groundskeepers cleaners front desk bar and service staff all the way up to and including the owner We will definitely return next year if we can get a room !

Mama Tri villa Royal in Kata Noi beach is a Great place to stay and I highly recommend. I noticed a few places with similar name, so make sure your taxi driver takes you to the right one near Kata Noi beach, which is just a stones throw walk away, for the best beach in Phuket that i saw. It is a quieter place from the busier kata beach shopping area but its just a short 20 minute walk to the area including the kata beach night market for Great Street, food and shopping which I highly recommend at night time when things cool down after 6pm. The staff and check in were very professional and friendly and they never gave us any pressure to tip them but I always gave the baggage handlers and staff a tip whenever I could since 1-3 US dollars goes a very long way for them so don’t forget to tip your staff. Enjoy

Fantastic beach front hotel at lovely Kata Noi Beach. The hotel is very nice, the staff very service oriented and the food is really great. We had a great stay and can really recomend this hotel. We vill return.

A nice older hotel with friendly staff. But room service and the bar have limited operating hours, so if you're thirsty or hungry later (or even need ice), you'll have to leave the property to walk down a steep hill (and back up) to the family mart. This was a huge pain and something I would not have expected for a hotel with their price point.

Mom tris is a long time family favourite for us. Super clean . Staff bend over backwards to make you happy and food excellent. We have stayed at mom tries as a single couple and without daughter from 2 years of age. Having been shut for 2 years , mom tris is still getting back on its feet. They are slightly understaffed , a new chef and busy updating the premise . It still however in my books , one of the best kata noi has to offer! Also only a short walk to lots of other amazing restaurants , convenience stores , shopping , markets and massage parlours.

getaway vacation in wrong place
i was shocked from the first moment , a small limited reception, poor English front desk staff ,don't have knowledge about surrounding area. checked in my room which i didn't like but they changed it for me. it's chalet kind hotel & be aware from insects& reptiles. sometimes i find mugs &cutleries are not cleaned enough, nothing more few shops within walking distance this hotel had 1 restaurant, however the staff were friendly &tried to help as much as they could even drove me for free to near places. also i liked that i could have my breakfast in my room instead of going to dinning area . this hotel shouldn't be categorized as 5 stars hotel, definitely i won't come again

My husband and I are amazed by our ocean wing bourgogne room which is overlooking the sea. Thumbs up to the tiptop service provided by staffs who are always helpful to ensure everything is in place. This place is definitely worth ur time and money. A perfect place for all honeymoon goers! Will definitely return again!

great resort, situated on the hill with spectacular views to little bay and beautiful beach below. Great restaurant Mom Tri's Kitchen. I had a fantastic stay. The only downside is the swimming pool is not maintained very well: it's situated in a lush garden and is full of leaves. Also small hiccup at the beginning: last residents of the room left some clothes behind, you might think that rooms are not cleaned thoroughly

Gorgeous hotel
An amazing venue. Overlooking Kata Thani Beach. A short 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Great spacious rooms (beach wing) with a stunning sea view. Decent breakfast; wide selection / top quality. All staff are super friendly.

2nd time visiting Phucket, 1st time we stayed at Amari in Patong which a lot of actions and happenings and we had fun. This time we decided to stay in a more quiet place and Mom Tri's was absolutely the right choice. Great location, staf, , foods and etc. Will go again!
