"The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...

This is not a new development, and the individual studios vary a great deal based on individual owners tastes layout, views, and features. "Everything great except the pool color was not good. It was green not blue. Couldn't see a few meters down to my legs. So, needless to say the water was quite murky. I did take a dip in it, but was a bit fearful because the color wasn't attractive although I'm sure it was fine health wise. "This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."
