Had balcony, unable to open, asked but no one came to help, I gave up too easily. No safety features in tub/shower like bath mats and grab bars. Breakfast buffet was a disorganized stampeded."

"Great quaint place to stay. Super nice owner, with the cutest dog Fiona there to greet you as you enter into this cozy hotel. Very comfortable rooms. I love the complimentary slippers! Great added extra. We missed breakfast time, wentcto the roof to check out the view at 11am, and the gentleman made us the best coffees, and when he found out we missed breakfast, brought us some delicious complimentary pastries. "My stay here was good. The Kingsize bed was low but comfortable. Why it was surrounded at the base by a 4 inch wooded border - who knows - just something to keep bumping into. Other average item here was the breakfast - just about average. On a more positive note the hotel is well located, staff reception and housekeeping are great. Hotel is well kept together and room (had a junior suite) was spacious and clean. Bedding and towels changed every 2 days. About 200 yards from the Monastiraki metro...
