"Best. Pillows. EVER! Lovely staff who are all awesome people! Beautiful building - it used to be a telephone office and they incorporated phones into the theme of the place. This is NOT their fault, but the train does run by and I could hear the horn from it throughout the day. Just something to be aware of, but I don't think it took away from the lovely experience. A little noise is typical in a downtown area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Houston. "
