Great Localization
Localization is great, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, close to metro station, close to different restaurants, markets and stores. The staff was gentle and speaking different languages what helps for tourists coming from different places from the world. The room is very small, depending on how much luggage you have there is not enough space and the bed was not the most comfortable I´ve ever tried, but in general as we were out for almost all day long this had not became a big issue.

Excellent location. Pretty much walked everywhere. Metro station a few minutes away. Only 20 mins by metro to Gare du Nord for Eurostar.

Poor concierge and no porter service
Concierge doesn’t have knowledge about the carpark charges in front of the hotel. And he doesn’t have an interest to learn it. Instead he told me to find it out and tell him afterwards. No help is given to handle luggages into the hotel and into the room

fantastic location. very clean modern hotel. fabulous breakfast and helpful staff. but the room is small and the bathroom is way way too small. also the internet was slow you can use it to check emails but if you are on business trip trying to connect to your workplace via vpn to check on few thing you will be frustrated.

Great location, can be a bit noisy.
Location was good, within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful (unlike a lot of the locals). Downside was that there wasn't much sound privacy between the rooms and hearing the drunks next door come home at 4am and start vomiting and banging doors at 5am wasn't the best.

A small but awesome hotel!
We stayed from July 21 to July 24 and it was warm in Paris. The hotel room was small, but very comfortable. We had the king size bed and it was a true king-size bed and very comfortable. The room had great A/C and the overall service itself was great. The front desk, either day or night (we checked in at 11 pm, just call them ahead of time to ensure that they know that are coming in late), was awesome. We had breakfast all three days there and its basically an all-you-can-eat for 19 euros a person. Well spent if you plan on fueling up before heading out and exploring the city. There are a lot of great restaurants right at the door step, with one, "Le General", right next door. The metro is one block away, along with a McDonald's, Burger King, and a Starbucks, all literally 100 feet way from you, on Wagram Avenue, along with the Arc de Triomphe. This little hotel basically has it all and I will stay there again in a heartbeat. A great stay...don't miss out!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room wasn't very clean but comfortable, there was a lot of dust, I kept sneezing during the whole stay. Internet, location and amenities were good, would recommend to anyone going to Paris.

Nothing positively unique about this property however, it was very disappointing that I got a call that they cannot clean the room after 2PM. they wanted me to leave the room so that I clean it or else they will not clean till the next day knowing that I spent the whole before noon outside my room and put a note requesting them to clean the room

The standard room we were initially given smelt like drains, however when we complained to the receptionist, she upgraded us to a superior room which was really nice.

Great view and location but very noisy, paper thin walls, audible voices from hallway, housekeeping average - rubbish bin not emptied , bench/table not wiped down. Vacuum at 8:30 am Monday morning when Hotel almost empty- seriously? Wouldn’t recommend as Casino only $50 a night more - expensive for this accommodation- suit family or backpackers - not suitable if you have work to do or a late night. Won’t be back.

Short break to Paris
I liked the hotel location as it was just of the Arc de Triomphe, the streets were always busy. The staff were very friendly and the room cleanliness was fine also. My only criticism is that we were based on the first floor and in the morning you got a smell of sewage coming through the air conditioning. This meant we had to turn this off until the afternoon when the smell had gone.

Perfect room if you just need a place to use as a base. Fantastic location and room was clean and practical. Small room but at the end of the day it's a city hotel so considering this it was fine.

Nice central Paris hotel - but breakfast issue...
Hotel was nicely located, modern, quiet, clean andvwelcoming and breakfast was good. However, although I booked 2 identical rooms at the same time, at the same price (both of which should have come with breakfast) I was told on check in that I had (somehow) only booked breakfast for one room! - thankfully I had printed out the itemised booking confirmation and was able to get the second breakfast "added" - at €18 for breakfast for 2 nights this would have been a relatively expensive addition.

Brilliant stay & area.
Absolutely brilliant! Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Staff were lovely and helpful when checking in and out, always friendly when we walked past and made us feel very welcome. Beds were very comfortable and room size was perfect for us, we didn’t spend a lot of time in there as we were out most of the time, but overall it was a lovely hotel to stay at and would definetly stay again!
