Someone entered my room when I stepped out, stole my money I had in my bag that I was travelling with to London and refused to pay me back. 2. They treated me so badly like I was a no body very racial and discriminating that’s the worse I’ve every experience since am travelling. Now am out of pocket and am trying not to make any problems

Basic hotel quite far from the city of Paris , no tea coffee maker in the room and downstairs was also charged Good and helpful staff at the reception, not the best area to stay in Location was good close to the metro Overall it was ok

Worth what you pay at this hotel.
I selected the hotel for its transport location, which is excellent. Metro 13, TRAM & buses network is good and easy reach. The hotel is on a very noisy and busy road. For one night the Air Condition was not working and have to keep open the windows due to the hot weather, but had a sleepless night due to excessive noisy traffic. We are used to having a basic tea facilities available in your room in UK hotels. There was no kettle provided in the hotel. Cleanliness was also a bit issue like the bin in the toilet was missing and had to request to provide one through the receptionist.

Standard Ibis. Good location for stadium. Avoid if you don’t like busy roads overpasses. Location designed for the car not humans. Ibis on busy main road. Other side out to car park with noisy machinery unit. Truck deliveries at 4 am. Rubbish truck an hour or so late Poor sound isolation between rooms.

Checked in late and the guy on reception was very helpful. Even ordered a takeaway for us. The hotel let me leave my car in the car park all day as was watching the final stage of the tour so didn’t have to pay for parking. A little outside of Paris but with a bike that wasn’t a problem

Long way to go to be JO 2024 ready...
Handy for a long Metro ride into the city. Not a great vibe in the hotel reception area, especially later at night. The waitress who served us on our first night inthe restaurant was very lovely. And the lady who checked us in was nice. But the man who checked us out was surly. The rooms were tired, and we won’t be coming back or recommending this place. Better get in gear for 2024...

Although the hotel is not perfect, the price we paid was excellent for a hotel in Paris. It is a 5 minute walk from the metro and so it is well connected, though the roads nearby are extremely busy and chaotic (especially if you drive there). We didn’t try the food but we couldn’t have asked for a better option for a cheap weekend away.

The area around the hotel doesn't have much to offer, although it's only 20 minutes to Mont Martre. The staff and hotel facilities were great. No complaints!

Good place to stay if travelling by car. Train and metro station into Paris less than 5 minutes walk from hotel. Rooms are small, no storage, no refrigerator or ice machine. But for short (3 nights) ok. Very good breakfast available

Convenient for late booking
Bathrooms was very tiny, cheap toilet paper. Shower with half way glass door, which lead to water from shower ending up on the bathroom floor. I rated the way I did because it did cover my main necessity that was: sleep in a warm place and confortable to an extent.

The room was smaller than we expected; however, it was clean and provided everything we needed for a short trip to Paris. The closest train station was less than a 10 minute walk. There weren't too many places to grab food nearby. It was outside of Paris city center and therefore provided a quiet & relaxing place to stay. Bathroom was small and shower didn't have a door, often times the splash would create a pool outside and needed to be cleaned up with one of our towels. Probably would stay closer to the city center next time and save the 20+ min train ride for the extra money.

Not a bad location on the way to Paris Rooms are a bit boring as per norm in France anyway. Building works and dust everywhere not good. Staff not very polite.
