Very convenient location, and cute little rooms but it's quite outdated. We left early, 645am, and couldn't get anything for breakfast because nobody responded to our email and the person in charge was late for their shift.

Travelers should not go by the photos, rooms are very much congested not properly cleaned. Basic amenities like tea/coffee maker was not available. Moreover hotel staff entered in our room during checkout time without consent.

Hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating, however; there was construction being done right outside our room. They started construction really early in the morning, so we weren't able to sleep -in. Everything else about the hotel was great.

Loved the location and set up for the room. Also enjoyed the open courtyard area leading to the rooms. Would have been nice for the master bed to be either one queen mattress or have a mattress cover holding the two smaller mattresses together. Never fun to wake up sleeping in a crack.

Like the staff and the fact that they gave us an hour extra to check out. Didn’t like the fact that the room was not clean enough. A lot of dust. Didn’t like the fact that in the duplex there’s a tv upstairs not downstairs where there is also beds.

Horrible, Bad, room and hotel
I request three beds for 5people(3adult and 2kids), and i definitely pick THREE BEDS (2 double bed and 1 single bed). Finally i got the horrible room (room number is 106), the base is only SOFA BED, i really can not expect your company represent a SOFA bed to a regular bed, then go to the upstair, the hotel arrange two SINGLE BED, but these TWO SINGLE bed is only one "bed mattress", may i know how do i explain this room type? I only can say this is " One room with one king bed and sofa". I spend more USD200 to get this room(with my redeemed) and spend Euro 7 take the bus from Eiffel Tower and back to the ONE BED hotel. I rather just book ONE room hotel around the Eiffel Tower, dont waste my time. Last the room facility is totally STUPID, there are one toilet in the downstairs, but the toilet is without the SINK to wash the hand, we need to go up to another floor and wash, because the sink is located with the bathroom, is it insane?

Awesome restaurants, a small shop for drinks & snacks just a few doors down and a super-close metro station makes this place a keeper. The air conditioning worked well in our room which was welcome during a hot July stay. The only downside was inconsistent WiFi. Not a problem for me since I used my international data plan.

We had a great stay. We got an apartment that had a twin bed, sofa bed and a queen bed upstairs. The only problem was the only sink is inside the upstairs bathroom, so we all had to wait if we needed the sink for anything. The room came with a fridge and the apartment was really cute. Pretty close to two metro stations, so it was easy enough to get everywhere. They also have a luggage room, so they let us keep bags there after we checked out so we could do a bit of touring before our train left. Would stay here again.

The property was listed as having air condidtioning - what they provide are free standing units that need to be vented out of a window. If you want it to run through the night you need to leave the window open which means the mosquitoes are able to come in - we had the choice of being hot or having mosquito bites. The card in the room says that breakfast is served from 7-10:30 in the lobby. There is a 5 euro charge to have it brought to your room. It doesn't mention a price of breakfast so we took it to mean that it was included with the room charge. We were quite surprised to be charged 12 euros per person for each day that we ate breakfast.

Nice hotel with perfect location
This hotel was perfect for us. The location was very good and the room was very comfortable. We went to Paris with our 2 kids from the USA for the first time and we really liked this hotel. I don't give the 5 stars because of 1 person. It is sad but the bad service of only one employee can destroy the good service of the others. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude to us. We asked him to book a taxi while doing the check out and because of a misunderstanding we told him to cancel it and then we asked him to "please do it again" He was very rude and told us that he already did it and with a very bad attitude he did it again. He called the taxi and someone else.. I dont understand french but I was able to understand 2 words: taxy and another one that can't say it here because it is a bad word.. He also farted in front of us.. Again it is sad because the hotel was very nice but only 1 person destroyed the good impression of this hotel for us.

The only pro about this hotel was that it was close to an metro/ bus stop. Our bathrooms in our rooms did not work -- when we called the front desk, they said they did not have a plumber until the following day. The shower doors were broken and couldn't close all the way. When we got back to our rooms, not all the beds were made. As we were leaving for dinner, the front desk demanded us to hand over our room keys, stating it was their policy for their guests to surrender room keys whenever they leave the facility but also mentioned that his colleagues may not have provided us the guidance when we checked in. Never will stay at this hotel again -- definitely do not recommend.

Good location for a budget hotel
This is our first trip to Paris (and to Europe). Due to circumstances out of our control, we didn’t plan it until a little over two weeks before. Since our trip was also during the spring break (for most US kids), it was hard to find “budget” hotels centrally located. I read a lot of reviews and so I didn’t have high expectations. We are a family of 5. We were assigned a two-story unit with a king bed (two twins) upstairs, a full sofa-bed and a twin bed downstairs. It fit us just fine. The property was probably converted from an apartment complex built decades ago (if not over a century ago). Our unit was more like a one-bedroom apartment. It has a kitchenette downstairs with a sink and an under counter fridge. But that is it – there’s no other appliances supplied, no coffee maker, hot water kettle, or microwave. The heat wasn’t on when we checked in, nor did anybody tell us how to turn it on. Fortunately, I’m engineering oriented and it didn’t me take long to figure it out. Not sure if there’s AC in summer, though. WiFi is barely usable inside the room – probably due to thick walls. But the signal in the courtyard and breakfast area was good. Location is great – M6 is just half a block away and there are other stations nearby. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. We basically just took showers and slept there. We didn’t choose the breakfast option. We’ve met probably 3 different receptionists and some were friendlier than others.

This hotel had everything I needed and more. Perfect location, clean, quiet, friendly staff and the added bonus of complimentary WiFi, drinks and breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.

Great Location and Hotel
We stayed for a week with our daughters, 18 & 20, and had plenty of space and a great time! We had two rooms: upstairs had a comfy bed with outlets/lights on both sides, tv, separate bathtub/shower with double vanities, storage and windows that opened to a lovely courtyard; downstairs had a pull-out couch where the girls had enough space for some parent-free time, refrigerator, closet, outlets, great lighting and a separate toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean as was the room which was cleaned every day and new towels provided. Wifi worked in the room. And the location was wonderful! Restaurants/Creperies galore and a Starbucks just around the corner. Even had an American style restaurant, Indiana Cafe, where we ate at least 3 times. Sightseeing was within walking distance and we felt safe to walk day and night, but if we needed to take the metro there were stations located at both ends of the street. Nothing negative from us! It was a great trip all around!

I have booked this stay for 2 adults and 2 kids and paid charges accoedingly 2 only two single beds were provided along with one sitting sofa 3.on being asked no response given about extra bed arrangement 4. 3 nights without extra bed. What a horrible place!
1. There was a guy who works at the reception. He was really rude. I don't remember his name but he is the one who worked on the morning of 5 June. Plz do something about this guy. 2. On the other hand, Carine was a great receptionist. She is a kidn of worker who can make your hostel comfortable.
