We chose the property based on price location. Service was very friendly and bed shower were both good. Big issue with this hotel unfortunately is that the walls are too thin - we were regularly woken up by other guests throughout both nights of our stay. My advice would be to bring ear plugs if you are planning on staying here.

Soundproof is poor when people go on the stairs. And there is no bathtub, so after shower you must sweep the bathroom floor, otherwise the water comes into the room. And the receptionists are not warm.

All of the staff were super grr we helpful & friendly. The twin beds were very comfortable. Some small snacks or coffee/tea in the lobby similar to other hotels would be a nice. Thankful there was a lift to the rooms. The only complaint is my travel partner said the curtains next to her were filthy. Otherwise it was a very good stay.

The hotel is clean and the bed was so comfortable. The area around the hotel was a wonderful place to explore. We will come back to Paris and stay here!!

Don’t trust this hotel
Scam hotel. Booked for a large group with the pay at hotel option. When we arrived they had cancelled our booking of four rooms with no phone call. Caused unbelievable stress on our trip. Our friends stayed in the sister hotel across the road and had similar issue. Been using hotels.com for years and this was a first. Don’t trust this hotel

Good value for money
The hotel is located in a good place, great for 2-3 nights stay and around public transporation and walkable to many sights. For example, it's 22 mins on foot to the opera and about 35 min to the Arc du Champ. The only downside was the window view and overall ongoing maintenance of the hotel.

We had a lovely check-in, and the hotel staff were so helpful as we had arrived a little early but were still able to store our bags. The room was smaller than expected, with little room for suitcases. But clean and great neighbourhood. Another man as the hotel staff on subsequent days was less helpful, but overall, decent hotel for the price with great location.

The hotel was filthy
Our room was filthy and full of dust. The AC was non existent, they only had a floor standing fan that was propped up on a chair. The electricity went out on the entire 5th floor which was where our room was. When the electricity went out we had to walk in the dark down the hallway to get to the stairs and the handrails were absolutely disgusting. It doesn’t look like they ever wipe them down. We had to wash our hand 3 times to get all the dirt off. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and we had to walk up and down to the the 5th. We paid for 2 beds, but the room was so tiny that the beds were pushed up next to one another so we still only had 1 bed. Our sheets were dirty and stained. (See the pictures.) There was no refrigerator or microwave. The only plus side to this hotel is the staff was kind and courteous. We won’t be staying here again.

Property was fine. Service not great, someone walked into my room while I was inside with no authorization waking me up, when I confronted the front desk they said the owner of hotel when inside becuase they are doing renovations. Also they make you leave your room key at the lobby, which is unsafe as anyone can just walk into the lobby and give a random room number and they just hand off the key as there are different staff members at different times they would never actually know the guests as if it was them or not, instead invest a few dollars into your hotel and get door locks with keypads….lastly I came back to the hotel late one night and of course no one at reception and since they make you give them your key as you leave I had to wait 15 min in the cold for someone to finally open the hotel. Too many inconveniences for the price I paid. Lastly the rooms are dated and definitely need an update, beds are not made for hospitality use and are fragile. On the other hand the location is great, and the unit was overall clean. I would not stay here again though.

Nice but walls paper thin
Lovely little hotel that is a stone's throw away from Pigalle and Montmartre. There is also a vast array of restaurants nearby. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Only downside is traffic noise and the walls are paper thin. I could hear conversations in the next room. I won't go into setails what I had to put up with at night... So maybe not the ideal choice if youre a light sleeper like me.

Wife and I stayed there last week for 4 nights. Definitely nothing special besides location. Like every budget hotel room in Paris the room was very small. About a foot on each side of the double bed. Would not recommend with anyone with small children, very dangerous windows on the higher floors, no screens and have large spaces between the rails which would not prevent anyone from falling. Due to the size of the bathroom you flood the bathroom with a shower. I would recommend a single person or if you have no luggage or not need to get into your luggage like an overnight stay.

A few blocks away from a train station. Train maps are clear and easy to read. There’s a fantastic restaurant right near the McDonald’s that always has a live to get in!! Good and cheap!

It was fine, the staff were all very friendly, it was spotlessly clean and ideal if you just want to sleep after a day exploring Paris. The only issue with the room was that the toilet was too close to the wall and too high, so we both had issues sitting on it

Well located. Simple and clean. Easy access to metro and good bus transportation. Plenty of restaurants, groceries and bakeries near by. Not pleased with having to leave room keys at reception every time you leave the hotel.

Size of our room was fantastic! Considering how small most hotel rooms are in Paris, our room and esp. bathroom were very spacious. Great deal for a great location. Only 2 things we didn't like. 1). Unstable wifi and weak signal in our room on the first floor. 2). Noise from upstairs was EXTREMELY distracting. You could hear every little noise, conversation, toilet flush, etc.
