Winning staff
Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, but can be a bit loud for outside noise depending on where you room is. Otherwise, great stay!

Very very cramped room. Can barely move around. Very old carpet. Lift only goes to 4th floor. My room was on 5th floor. Very narrow and dark corridors. Bath and shower in 1. You can't stand in shower due to very low roof.

Most of the facilities of the room are either worn out or old. They need to be upgraded or replaced. We needed to change room after our first night because of no toilet water. We needed to moved to another room all by ourselves on 27 Sept morning. Also I felt very unhappy that they downgraded our room without telling us in advance. But, to be fair, most of the staffs are nice and helpful.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The hotel is perfectly located 2 minutes walking distance from the Champs Elysees. The staff is very attentive and efficient. Our AC broke in the middle of the night and they were really quick to fix it.

Great location a block from the Champs Elysee and the metro. The rooms were clean and loved that I could get rooms with 2 twin beds., the carpeting throughout the hotel could be updated.

A charming clean and hotel in a hot tourist area
We found the staff very polite and the facility very clean. It is small as typical of old Europe but charming. The AC and free WiFi are big perks. The room policy reflects their commitment to eco-friendliness without causing inconvenience or discomfort. We especially liked the 2-twin bed options, so that both people could sleep very well. The location was also perfect, close to the Monoprix mini-market with everything you might need while traveling, including prepackaged food, water. There are many eateries in every direction within a couple minutes walk. The closest laundromat is within a 3-minute walk and opens late. There was only 1 small flaw: the concierge did not automatically offer us the complimentary bottle of water on checking in. Only when we actually read the rule sheet in the room while bored in the evening that we saw that perk. They should just offier it without us having to ask. We missed out.

AMERICANS - Do not stay here. I travel to Europe (and Paris, specifically) and had to book a hotel last minute. I was excited to be in my favorite city, after exploring and coming back to the hotel, they gave me a key to SOMEONE else's room, then denied it. It was inconvenient, incredibly invasive and unsafe for the other guests. Once sent to the room that was reserved for myself, there was blood on the sheets, with a quick layover and exhausted I slept in the adjacent twin bed, when complaining they denied it even though I have picture proof of two rooms and the dirtiness. The most disappointing that EXPEDIA provided no support even though I use them for booking for another level of safety. Travelers be aware.

I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but the time that I was at the hotel the staff was very friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. They helped me call a taxi and find direction. I would definitely stay here again. It is also very close to the main avenue and the Arc de triumph. I enjoyed my experience here!

The hotel is conveniently located close to main shopping areas and monuments. Staff were nice and receptive to our requests, especially Said (Moroccan).

Don’t stay at this hotel it feels like you’re staying with your parents. Every time you leave your room you need to give them your room key. It’s the most annoying thing ever. You have to wait from someone to be in the front desk to give them your key , when you come back you have to wait until someone is there to get your room key back. If you have Guest or someone hanging out with you they are not allowed after 6 I understand this to a certain extent. But making you hang out in the lobby instead of your room after 6 is insane to me. They have so many other rules My bathroom was a complete mess. The door knob was holding on by a thread. A weird TV with a red light on. When I asked how do I turn it on if it works they looked at me not knowing what I was talking about. Mind you this tv in directly in the shower so if it’s recording you it’s sees everything. NO AC!! So you better hope it’s not a hot day. Location is pretty good. Breakfast is a no. I’ll rather spend a couple hundred more euros on a different hotel with better service and amenities.

A great stay, very friendly staff. The elevator was too small and didn’t go up all the way to the last room, we used the stairs for the last floor. Very cozy room and very close walking to Champs Elysee

Old and worn. To take a shower was a different experience since it shifted from warm to cold the entire time 😬 Cleaning lady removed a charger I had borrowed from the receptionist since her opinion was that it did not belong in my room, a bit of a problem since it was late and we were travelling the next morning with no battery on my phone. So… it was greatly located but I would choose a different place next time.

Omg. The ceiling inside the bathroom made me wonder if inmates in jail live in these conditions. To best explain, as if the property deteriorated and no one came in to report it OR cleaning staff reported it and no one listened. OH.SO.BAD.

The hotel was completely locked up and we could not get in to check in to our room. We had to book another hotel and when we tried to get a refund the next day, they lied and said we had not arrived on time.

No air conditioning, we slept with windows open. Its located in a busy road across the street from businesses that appeared to open at night. Possibly clubs, didn’t see a sign. Heavy traffic, loud noises and people talking, arguing outside till 6 in the morning. They make you leave your keys when you left. Traveling from the USA not comfortable leaving personal items, passports and important documents behind. Some staff very unprofessional and rude.

Paris Marathon
The location was ideal. I was there for the Paris Marathon which started at the Arc de Triomphe. Seven minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well serviced over the three night stay and very comfortable.

Check in staff was rude and put us in an attic room that was totally unacceptable with smelly carpets that need to be replaced. The room was sub standard and definitely did not live up to the pictures posted online. The elevator only went up to the 4th floor and we had to bring our luggage up narrow steps that had toilet paper on one of the stairs. We checked out immediately as this hotel struck us as a real dive. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone from our experience. The desk clerk wanted our keys whenever we left the property. We ended up renting a room at another close by hotel for pretty much the same price that comparatively speaking, was spacious.

Marathon visit
This centrally located hotel was excellent vallue. I was amazed at how near l was to the Champs Elysees. Ideal for the start of the marathon at the Arc de Triomphe. I will be returning next April.

Front desk was warm and hospitable. Hotel was just 5 min walk to Champs Elysees. As we came, we were given their newly renovated room which has a connection to their patio. Room was clean however, ref wasnt working, aircon was off since its winter, internet is poor and doesnt have access to the room. On our 3rd day, our room wasnt clean and we have to request it again. We waited til 6pm and thats the time hey called if we still want it to be clean and we declined cos it was too late. Breakfast has limited variety to choose as well.
