"If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. "Lovely design, comfortable rooms, good ac , wifi not bad but sometimes connection is unstable, shower is not hot, was power shortage once (in 3 days) The staff is very helpful (advisory for local activities, helpful with communication with other hotels/resorts , luggage care. I highly recommend to order chicken soup, it's incredibly delicious!"
