"The Utopia hotel is a wonderful gem in the forest near Mons. The front staff is absolutely amazing, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast is €12, and I think it is good value for what you get. The rooms a little bit on the small side, but very clean. I think I gave the four stars, instead of five, because I came back from visiting a friend last night, and the parking lot is very dark. The hotel is a typical Ibis, our room was large and spacious, and the bar provided a selection of refreshments which, owing to the warm weather, were very welcome. "Bin in bathroom had previous occupants rubbish. Bin in bedroom not emptied during entire stay. Pubic hairs in corner of bathroom, still there 5 days later. Sheets not changed for 5 nights despite cut elbow blood on sheets on first night and 27-30 degree heat. If opened window before 10pm fumes from next door extractor fan enveloped room and no air con available just fan for 30 degree heat. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Warwick for a week in May. It was perfectly located for our purposes. It's right down the street from the Central Station; there are countless dining options within walking distance; the Fine Arts Museum and the Musical Instruments Museum are a short walk away as well; and it's a two-minute walk to Grand Place. The property is very well-maintained; housekeeping is excellent; and our limited interactions with staff members were uniformly positive. In addition, when we arrived early from an overseas flight, we were graciously permitted to check in without any difficulty or additional fee. In short, we would highly recommend the Warwick."
