Just outside the property there was construction going on and the area seemed a little rough, but inside felt secure, well taken care of, and staff were friendly.

The hotel was super close to the train station and an easy walk to the grand place and all the restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The room was modern and clean. There is so much construction throughout Brussels, including in front of the hotel.

Hotel is a bright spot in the neighborhood. Dining variety not a priority in this area, the midi train station became our go to for a reasonably priced breakfast and quick shopping trips. Many more small shops closed in the vicinity than I expected as well. Incredible amount of construction going on around the hotel for new tram lines (April ‘24) so street upkeep and trash removal is not a city priority either. All that being said, the location is great for getting on a tram or train and heading up town for your more touristy destinations.

The area around the hotel is undergoing construction, the position is away from the centre and has lots of homeless people sleeping in the rough. Would not recommend staying there for a few years until the area is cleaned up.

Quality contemporary comfort. "Like new" condition. Large "standard rooms".Tea/coffee facilities. Supply of coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water. Helpful cleaning staff. Helpful staff at the desk. Security kindly took me the railway station at 3:30 in the morning. Secure key system. Even the elevator needs the guest key to start operating. Bar open till very late hours : coffee, drinks, food. I have not tried the Gym.

Spacious room. Staff is friendly and able to check us in early 😊 amenities are available considering this is Europe. One bottle of water is provided. Close to the Brussels midi station very walkable
