The hotel was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The staff eas very kind, courteous and professional. It was a wonderful experience.

Quelques toiles d'araignee pendantes,mais surtout hotel qui vieillit,4 etoiles sur le site hotels cela me semble bien exagere,quelques taches sur les murs et au plafond,quelques petits trous non rebouches,personnel par contre tres agreable et bien situe en bordure d'autoroute,juste pour une nuit cela fait l'affaire mais pas a ce prix

Hotellet har bra fasiliteter, men en stor ulempe er det at andre som bodde i bygningen ikke overholdt røykeloven og røykte over alt. Slik at det var røyklukt i hele huset.

Personeel was vriendelijk en sprak Engels. De kamers waren niet heel groot, maar wel schoon. Prima badkamer met een douche. Ontbijt was niet super uitgebreid, maar er was voldoende om uit te kiezen. Prima hotel om te overnachten als tussenstop!

Ottimo hotel per tutti

Hotel ben arredato e gestito, stanze confortevoli ed essenziali, ho apprezzato la bottiglietta acqua offerta in camera e la comodità del letto con molti cuscini di vario tipo. TV grande con canale rai incluso. Colazione continentale ottima e ben fornita. Bagno un po' piccolo ed essenziale, in compenso la doccia spaziosa e confortevole.

Quite nice hotel but the restaurant was closed for dinner and food at the bar was pretty bad. The gym was closed for renovation which was not mentioned on beforehand.

The apartment was clean, although lacked basic ustensils, glasses and coffee machine. The property is full of deliquent persons, squatters and smokers 4hat made it quite unpleasant.

We stayed here while trying to depart from Mons after 18 months of working at SHAPE. Due to the COVID-19 situation, things were much different from what we expected and we understand. However, when we first arrived in our room, it was not as clean as we would have liked - there was mold on the shower tile grout, fingerprints all over the entry door, a dead fly stuck to the living room curtain, and grease around the stove top. The kitchen faucet was so loose that we had to hold it with two hands just to change from hot to cold water. Nevertheless, we had Lysol and Clorox cleaner to get rid of the bothersome items we noted. The service from staff was excellent and they tried very hard to accommodate our needs, especially for breakfast since we were so used to having a world of choices at a previous stay - again, the situation precluded much choice of breakfast items. The bed was super comfortable, which was a plus since we stayed 8 days, trying to get a flight out.

The crew is perfect, very helpful. However place is not really modern its need refreshment. Sauna was almost always cold, jacuzzi very nice. Free parking next to hotel. Breakfast acceptable.

Excellent hôtel très bon rapport qualité/ prix j’y retourne à chaque fois. Chambre très confortable, literie excellente, salle de bain très propre. Possibilité de régler la température de la chambre à notre convenance. Clim silencieuse Plateau de courtoisie thé / café Jacuzzi et sauna très agréable, je n’ai pas testé la salle de fitness Micro-ondes et couverts disponibles pour un encas en chambre le soir Réceptionniste d’une extrême gentillesse et très serviable. Restaurant en face de l’hôtel juste de l’autre côté de la route.
