"My stay was better than expected. Specifically Peter and Kim made it EXCEPTIONALLY great. Peter was a professional, friendly and understanding face as we came and left during our 8 day stay. Ms. Kim was there to ALWAYS get us whatever we needed including a hug to this very emotional mother dropping her son off to study at LSU. Peter and Ms. Kim just were so helpful on many levels. I do have to say the other staff as well were very kind. Everyone we encountered there made our stay amazing but special kudos to Ms. Kim. Professional, kind, caring are just some adjectives for her. We will only choose Sonesta ES Baton Rouge as our place to stay. The school pride that pours out also made this difficult drop off a little easier. Thank you Peter and Ms. Kim. "
