Very clean and quiet area. A little warm but you could open window which was nice. Great little restaurant right next door. Soba noodle.Shuhari Highly recommend

really lazy service staff at front desk. a hotel in Japan should be able to tell guests where the closest elevator or escalator into the station is. not only are they not prepared for such an obvious question but 3 people at the front desk couldn't be bothered to even try. the price is too high here for such lazy service.

The room with beds was roomy but bathroom so small, no complimentary water bottles TV: only had some Japanese channels the only English Channel not working, not a smart tv so no internet/YouTube or phone mirroring becoming more coming these days. Did have a Family Mart underneath which was good.

It is a 10-min walk from Umeda and linked via underground stations. The price is friendly and it was a comfortable stay where it had more room space than your typical Jap hotel room. We stayed 4 nights. There is also a family mart just downstairs (part of the building) and other brands nearby. Only pain point is that there are no nearby lifts if you're accessing from underground and have to carry your luggage up the painful staircase. Definitely an option next trip!

Staff where really accomodating when we needed to make a late change due to a sick kid. Room pretty spacious by Japanese standards, espically for the price. Close to Osaka station so good base

Super hot and stuffy in this building. Room temperature can’t be adjusted… It was extremely tough to stay in the room for people who like lower temperature. I used the air freshener as a fan to survive…

The staff is extremely unfriendly and robotic. Typical of Osaka service. The housekeepers also don't greet passing guests. The front desk is the worst. They are so strict and unwelcoming.

This is not the first time staying in this hotel an definitely not the last. Really like to location of this place, convenient and near the train station, with Family Mart and 7-11 just below the hotel. Tried the hotel breakfast too. Basic and good enough to last till the next meal Only complain I have is the cold conditioner in the room is centrally managed, and it’s just too warm for me. Had to have the window open once in the while to get some fresh air in

Location is central but off the busy streets. Hotel allows smoking in some areas so be aware. No security card swipe to access rooms and room layout is a bit awkward use of the space, and is clean and modern though could use updating. Typical Japanese hotel. Great pricing and okay for short stay in and out of hotel.

Close to local train station, not the main Shinkansen one. Smallest room we had in all of our travels in Japan. Modern room but with only a single USB port. No way to turn on desk lamp without turning on full room lights.

hotel has great location and is confirmable. My only complaint is there is a bar downstairs and the entrance smells a lot like cigar smoke.

Good location for Osaka station. Room and bed were tiny though and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and so did not get a good nights sleep

Arrived at Osaka station on a rainy day. Took a cab to the hotel for 630yen. After resting for a while the rain stopped and we found the entrance nearby leading to the underground shopping and subway. Hence, it's easy getting around Osaka using the rail & transit system from the hotel.

Room was a lot more spacious than most business hotels here. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was perfect. Only complaint is there is no ice machine. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will visit again!
