今回訪問したレビューを辛口で書きます。 良いところ 1.部屋が広い。 2.サウナがある。 3.カラオケルームがある 4.駅まで近く、立地がいい。 5.高速インターも近い。 6.自転車でUSJまで行ける。 良いところはあまり細かく書いてもつまらんので、 悪いところ 1.メンテナンスが行き届いていない 　・ベッド下にペットボトルが転がってます。怖いので触ってない 　・食べてないおかしのカスがちらほら落ちている。埃も多め。清掃料を払ってるのに酷くないですか？ 　・自転車はあるが、錆がひどく、安全性に問題ありそう。拾ってきたのか？というレベル。とりあえず乗る２台だけ、整備しました。 　・カラオケルームのスピーカーの音が割れて鼓膜破れるレベル。2台の配線抜かせてもらい、使用させてもらいました。 　・2階ベッドルームの換気扇がうるさすぎ。モーター死んでると思われます。 2.説明のやり方に問題あり 　・事前連絡でいろいろと説明を貰ってましたが、いざ到着すると、シャッターリモコンが置場にない！探しても無い！連絡すると、清掃業者は知ってたとのこと。なぜ連絡くれない、時間と、通話料金の無駄金をはらいました。 　・リビングに謎のレトルトあり。怖いので触ってません。邪魔でした。 悪いところはきっちり書かせてもらいました。 でも良いところでしたよ！

두가족이 가서 너무 편하게 잘 지내고왔습니다 근처에 맛집도 많고 밤되면 조용해서 좋고 유니버셜과도 가까웠어요 가정집처럼 편해서 같이 간 가족들과 지인들도 좋다고 계속 얘기했습니다 오사카오면 또 여기올꺼예요..

金土日の二泊三日で泊まりました。この宿目的の大阪旅行でしたので、すごく楽しみにしておりカラオケや2階の遊具で満足に遊べました。パンも用意されており(ウェルカムパン？)有意義に過ごせましたが、前泊者のゴミが片付けられていませんでした。すぐに連絡し、対処してもらいました。それ以外は特に問題なく、アメニティも最低限用意されており、特に不自由しませんでした。自転車もあり、少し離れたスーパーに買い出しに行けたりして便利でした。
