The theming and immersion in the beauty of the resort was incredible. The staff were exceptional and anticipated our every need. The transportation to the parks was wonderful as we utilized the walking path and the water taxi. Our kids really enjoyed everything as well. Being able to use the unlimited express passes at the parks was a dream. We would strongly recommend this resort.

It is walking distance to Universal Parks..or ride the boats there...You get a fast pass for both parks free and it is well worth it...Beautiful place to stay..

The property was great. We purchased a nights stay to get our fast passes and to be able to access the early entrance easier. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean. The only issue we really had is the TV reception. Unlike my wife I have trouble sleeping, so it's nice to be able to watch TV. The tv doesn't have the ability to steam Netflix like most other hotels, and the basic tv took forever to load if it would load at all. Aside from that minor issue, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Good hotel overall. Plus point to have complimentary uss express card. However the rooms shall go for major ugrading works. They appear a bit old school now.

We had a great time! and are happy we stayed at the Lowe’s Royal Pacific. Positives: unbeatable LOCATION to all 3 parks (volcano bay, universal studios and islands of adventure). Fast and efficient 5m water taxi ride from city walk to hotel. It runs until 1am. Or you can take a 10 minute walk to citywalk. Easy 10 minute bus shuttle to volcano bay. That’s the only park you have to take a “shuttle” to from this hotel. Never had to wait for a ride by water or shuttle. FAST-PASS included with your tickets. (NOT volcano bay) RESTAURANT choices in the hotel 4stars you don’t need to go to citywalk for a lunch or dinner. The CONCIERGE can help you with reservations. JAKE’S was very good for lunch and dinner and the Islands had a nice buffet and the food at BULA was excellent poolside. We didn’t eat at the sushi place so I won’t comment. more positives: rooms were clean and well located - and tower 1 appeared to be nice and quiet. The daily SERVICE for towels and bedding was greatly appreciated! CHECKIN and CHECKOUT was fast and friendly. all contributed to the 4 star rating. some negatives: the property condition. I hate to say but it’s not “Disney clean.” Overall the property needed a good spring cleaning lots of dead leaves and a little garbage on the grounds. The pool was shallow and needed to be cleaned more often than it was. My kids liked the ducks in the pool but I was not a fan sharing the water. We would recommend LOWES ROYAL PACIFIC overall!

The only thing I liked about the property was the proximity to Universal Studios and the FastPass Access. The rooms were not nice nor clean, the bathrooms were not practical, and the housekeeping did not clean at all, they only made the beds. The carpet in the room was sticky. They Charged us almost $900 per night, only worth if for the fast pass. The restaurants were badly served and understaffed, everything took so long! I would not recommend it, for this price you can stay in a REAL 5 star hotel.

It a nice resort. Our check-in was pleasant and smooth. Staff at the luggage area were nice. We had problems at the ticket pickup desk and Tuk Tuk market. The staff were racist and not friendly.

Excellent property, room key works as express pass for Universal (must already have or buy entry ticket separately). Upgraded to club level with free snacks and beverages, which was a nice perk. All staff super helpful and friendly. Plenty storage space and great bathroom.

The resort lobby and grounds are beautiful! You definitely feel like you are in Hawaii. The check in process was easy, but the lady working was not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed to be working. The room was nice with some high end furnishings and decor. The walking path to Universal is so nice and you get to go through a private security line, which saves a lot of time! We booked it to get Express passes, which is a nice perk.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:20 pm. Staff were rather rude about it. Would not give us any idea of when we could expect our room to be cleaned so that we could check in. The rooms are small and dated. Not very good value.

This is our go to hotel for a getaway when visiting Universal. Love you get express pass you can walk or take boat so close to park and convenient. Staff is pleasant helpful, rooms clean. Best hotel great for families too.

Thank you for your review! Instead of charging all guests a resort fee or higher room rate, we opt to only charge guests utilizing the parking. Charging for a parking fee ensures only hotel guests are using the parking instead of guests not staying at the hotel.

Nice hotel, but does seem a bit dated. Could be excellent with some updating. Food offering could have been better, and breakfast buffet could be closer to that of Saphire falls. Staff was very helpful. Check in took a long time due to people trying to get park passes…would be nice if there was a better flow to this (there were many staff working the desk and it was still quite slow/ long line). Early am there sounded like leaf blower being used around the pool…this was difficult to be woken up by/have to listen to every night. Great hotel for park, and very nice stay overall.
