The property was clean inside but needs more work outside. Also I booked and paid for a room with a king bed and a sofa. I got a queen bed and no sofa. The night manager did adjust the pet fee because of this I believe, but the room was misrepresented and at $250 for 1 night plus a $100 pet fee, that shouldn't be the case. Also it was not made clear to me at check in, that the 1 night parking fee is $37.00.

Hotel was good for the price point. Was surprised by a self-parking charge of $35.00 that was not noted during reservation booking. Heavy construction in the area made navigation around the hotel quite challenging. Breakfast was a self serve glorified Starbucks.

The hotel and room was clean. It was noisy because the rooms on our floor were being renovated. The hotel restaurant had a very limited menu and the food was not good. Half our food was served cold and the other half could not be eaten. The chicken was gray in color. The waitress did take the meals off our bill but when you are hungry that doesn’t really solve the problem. The parking fees were high too.

I was assigned a room that was clearly skimmed over by the housekeeping team. I rarely give poor reviews but the bathroom counters and floors had hair all over.

It looks like this hotel just went through remodeling and restructuring recently and wow does it pay off! We were already in Orlando and needed to stay an extra night so we found this place because it was a great price. We got there later in the day but the staff was so great and we loved exploring. A lot of things had just opened that week as well so we got to see everything in its pristine condition. The bar looked great and so did the pool. They had a cafe with Starbucks which was great for grab and gos and a small little shop with a small convenience area. The room view was AMAZING and we could see everything from Old Town to Volcano Bay. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The lobby smelled amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone and would go back again
