"We came for a music show and decided to make a weekend of this stay. The room was light and well appointed, however, it was small with no room to maneuver. The refrigerator did not work, however, they replace it shortly after we called it in. Breakfast was not included and was quite expensive for someone who just wanted a couple of eggs. The parking is expensive valet only. The young bartenders at the bar were not interested in good service, or even just friendliness. The front desk staff...

"The hotel is super nice, clean, friendly, comfortable, nice gym, nice free breakfast, convience, etc. The list can go on an on. My only complaint was the noise from I4 all night long. The hotel provides earplugs. I used them and a pillow over my head to drowned out the noise. I'm a light sleeper. My husband slept like a rock. No problem, no ear plugs. 😂"

"ice machine was broken in my floor, fridge inside room was disconected from power, and keys to my room had to be replaced it because they made it for only one night the first time other than that everything else was perfect"
